A great cafe for any time of day. Cozy with good food. Too bad we could not come back to try the breakfast menu because we enjoyed dinner. I was recovering from the flu so this was a good place to fill up on comfort calories. Coffee here is a-okay with three different blends that I saw. If lived in Houston then I'd be a fixture at this place.
I came here with 2 friends on a Sunday evening. I ordered the chicken pomodori and really enjoyed it! The cashier was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely consider going back again and trying something different on the menu.
This was my first time trying this place a friend of mine recommended it so I decided to try it this morning I really wanted to try the overnight oats but unfortunately I got there a little late past breakfast time and they were all out 😢 so I ordered something else. When I got my food it was a little cold but I ate it anyways and it was actually pretty tasty !!Then when I was done I ordered a cold brew with vanilla sweet cream and that was really tasty too!!! The lady who took my order was extremely kind and very helpful when I told her it was my first time she was extremely welcoming!! And was very apologetic when what I originally ordered was no longer available!!!!
My first visit to Corner Bakery. Big warm welcome as soon as you step inside. If you don't eat sweets, don't be fooled by the name. They have soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasta. Plus a fairly extensive breakfast menu in addition to all the baked goods and sweets. Tons of drink options, sodas, coffees, teas, lemonades, and iced teas. I had the Uptown Avacado Turkey sandwich and it was excellent! Only slightly more expensive but much better than any sandwich I have ever had at Subway, Jimmy John's, Fire House, Pot Belly, Which Wich, Jersey Mike's, Schlotzskys, Antones, Quiznos or Jason's Deli. And that is saying a lot!! It was very fresh with excellent turkey and perfectly ripe avacado. My new sandwich go-to spot.
This was my 3rd visit here. This was the best the food has ever been. Mac & cheese with a Caesar side salad. Usually it is uncomfortably crowded and loud but not this time. Unfortunately though it was HOT AS FUG in this mutha. But hey maybe my salty sweat is what made the food better than before?
An Amazing place, they have a wide range of baked goods selection. They also have catering services. Their catering menu selection is amazing. You gonna love it.
The service was friendly and fast, restaurant was clean, and ample seating. Food was not bad, tho probably nothing to write home about.
The attention and kindness and ability to solve situations of the Hispanic "guy" MANAGER is unique, that I left the place pleased, would return a thousand times. It made my birthday better.10/20/2019
Food is good, just like Panera nothing to complain
This place is a good breakfast spot. The staff here is very courteous and always very cheerful and welcoming. The food is very good offering a decent selection of breakfast items. I personally like their Anaheim breakfast plate which is a combination of eggs vegetables served with a side of potatoes and slices of avocado. They have several selections of coffee which is always good. Ranging from decaf all the way to dark roast. Their food taste pretty fresh and the service is pretty quick. An excellent choice for a quick breakfast right before work. Will definitely add this to my list of regular early morning breakfast spots.
