Food is amazing...they definitely have their seasoning on lock. Great service...very cool and attentive. Atmosphere was dope...not to much goin' on...and they stay busy. Alot of people just come in, order, and head on back to the house so that they can get real comfortable and chow down at the crib.

Fresh n fried...exactly how I like it! The "catfish" is actually Swai fish, however, it's priced right and most Texans don't know the difference anyway so I can dig it, lol. The seasoning and breading is delicious. The fried rice was meh and the French fries were just that...I may stick to the fries moving forward. No buzz from the Daiquiri and no way the Lemonad-ish should cost $5, it's plain and a lemon concentrate is being added. The battered wings were delicious and crispy. Overall, Lotus continues to be a winner. I'd come back...I love how u can hear your order number outside on the loudspeaker.

First time here...visiting from San Marcos....food was awesome. We had the $10 for 1 lb of boiled shrimp Happy Hour Special and the 1 cluster of snow crab legs with boiled shrimp Loud Pack meal. Each order came with corn on the cob and baby potatoes. Delicious!

The food and service I received was amazing and I didn't have to wait very long for my order. My containers were full so they definitely give you a lot of food for the prices. Very affordable. It was my first time trying Lotus but won't be my last! Oh and make sure you get that crack sauce, its so good!!

1st time try trying this location, was a pretty good experience. Food good Servers good Prices reasonable Drinks nice and sweet I'd go during happy hour for additional discounts I would go good back My critiques, I would get slightly bigger, better , more durable cutlery, only because the silverware in my hand felt flimsy and I was bending when I cut my sausage. Will I go back most definitely, that one thing aint stopping the show

Service was alright they forgot some items but did make it right with no Hassel. But all I can say is I'm hooked on that Crack....sauce! Any near the Houston area should make this a must stop.

Let me start off by saying that the service here is absolutely amazing. Served with big old smiles, so welcoming. The food to me was just okay. It seems like the shrimp was boiled in plain water then they just sprinkle seasonings afterwards. What helped the flavor for the shrimp and sausage was the crab sauce they gave us. However, the gumbo was amazing!!! It was one of the best gumbo I have tasted. The rice was also good.

This review is for delivery via Uber Eats about 10-15 minutes away from the location. Nut allergy friendly - stated on app and had no issues. We ordered the Fully Loaded Loud Pack ($22), Trout (2x+Fries) ($8.25), Onion Rings ($4.40), and Crack Sauce ($0.83) for 3 adults (subtotal $35.48). It came with ketchup and tartar sauce. Fully Louded Loud Pack: Wow, the portions are great here. Corn, potatoes, shrimp, egg, sausage, and rice were all seasoned well and had a good kick even without the crack sauce (which is an awesome addition). Two pieces of egg, one sausage, one piece of corn, one potato, a good amount of shrimp. Some of the shrimp felt overcooked. I wish there was some more sausage, but the rest was well shared among 2-3 people. Crawfish in the rice was a great addition. 4.5/5 Trout (2x + Fries): Surprised that these were full pieces of trout, with bones and all (be careful biting in). The fries arrived crispy and seasoned. The trout felt a bit dry. 3.5/5 Onion Rings: I could see these being fantastic at the location, but they do not travel well. Half arrived soggy. The ones that were still crispy were pretty good. Nothing too unique about these, though. 2/5 Crack Sauce: Just get it. It's a garlic butter cajun tangy sauce that goes on anything seafood. 4.5/5 Overall rating: 4/5 for great portions and flavor but with a couple misses that may be due to delivery (definitely so on the onion rings, less so on the trout and shrimp).

Was referred by a friend to give them a shot & they didn't fail. Went in earlier today to try the Hot Box ( Mild ) seasoned very well. Waiter in front was very polite & helpful. It was busy but only waited 10-15 minutes at most, no problem. Only thing I didn't like was the price, paid $26. I would think you would receive a little more food for that price.

Loaders will always be a Houston staple. The fried catfish that I got was good, but it was a little too thick with the batter but it was fresh and hot. The person I went with got the lower pack with shrimp and it smell good but the sauce that they have to go with. It was a little salty. The girls at the front were nice but maybe they need to smile a little more. Just so it can feel more welcoming.
