This place is a gem. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and never disappoints. I ordered the hawaiiana thinking it was going to just be ok... it was more than ok, it was DELICIOUS! The bread is always soft and fresh. I have eaten here more times than I care to admit and I discovered the place about a month ago.
This place is legit! Tortas made the way they should be. I had the Hawaiana. I'm not a huge fan of pineapple on my food, but OMG, it all worked in this torta. If you're looking for a quick meal (torta and a drink) this is the place.
I had an authentic torta with pineapple and it was so flavorful made just like if I were in Mexico. Loved it! The ladies cooked it in front of me to perfection. Very attentive personnel loved this little hidden gem recommended to me by my friend from Monterrey.

The place has a friendly environment, the owner was very attentive he recommended me various tortas and we decided for the Cubana and norteñas let me tell you he was not wrong very delicious. Definitely will come back again.
This place was recommended by many of my friends in the Spring Branch area. Came in met owner Santana he was very courteous & Professional and gave me an amazing detail of his menu. I tried the "Super Cubana" and give it a 10 out 10 looking forward to coming back and trying the rest of the tortas, since he has about 37 different ones.
Definitely the best Tortas in Houston Tx. My favorite one is Cubana, it's perfect! All the Tortas are delicious and definitely very authentic. The place feels like you're in Mexico. It's definitely a great experience!

Finally got the chance to check out this neighborhood hidden gem and it definitely lives up to it's 5 star reviews!
It is definitely a local "hole-in-the-wall" but do NOT let that detour you from stopping in! It is located in the same plaza as Kolache Kingz and Kidz Grub, with plenty of parking. The menu is a little difficult to understand but the cashier was super friendly and willing to explain each option. Your food is made to order, so expect a minimum of 10 minute wait.
We ordered a Doble Asada Torta and the cashier helped me create a custom vegetarian torta with just beans, cheese, and avocado. Both were delicious! The bread tastes fresh and homemade- soft but crunchy and holds up to the heavy toppings very well. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The custom torta was made perfectly and honestly was the best torta I've had in awhile!
We will definitely be stopping by again, make sure to check out this hidden gem the next time your in Spring Branch!

This place is like the Lexus of tortas. The food is a 5/5 quick meal but I would say a 4/5 on price. Paying $12 for a torta seems criminal, even if the torta is filled with great ingredients and fluffy yet light bread. Nice that chips are included. Weird that water seems to be an extra charge. I had the Nortena and it was a great torta, but considering I can get a torta for half the price at some other local places, difficult to say if I'd come back regularly. 100% would take someone coming to try an authentic torta.
Fantastic service! The man checking us out explained the menu and all the options to full extent for all of us because it was our first time in. The Tortas came out fast, were well priced, and filled us up. We tried several of the many options on their menu and they were all great. As good of an experience as we could ask for and a great way to represent the culture!
Little whole in the wall, serving Only Tortas. Delicious. Order 1 of there sandwiches or customize to male it yours. Don't look for lettuce amd don't expect tacos orquessadillas.
The artwork is eclectic
This place is always an important stop when I visit Houston. Its just the perfect representation of what good food should be. The customer service and the owner are so welcoming. I wouldn't change a thing.
