I’m new to the area and don’t go out much. I decided to treat myself yesterday to some quesadillas. I sat at the bar and was helped by this guy name Alexus! It was the best experience I have ever had. He was very attentive to me and there had to be 100 plus people at the bar. He gave me his honest opinion on things and made my overall experience here amazing! Thank you thank you thank you

We went to celebrate with a friend who was visiting from out of town. Our server was phenomenal, made excellent recommendations for our large group and had a wonderful personality, we enjoyed her taking care of us! Everything was fresh, well cooked, and delicious. Despite it being a busy Saturday at lunch time, our food arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely continue to go to Pappasitos!

Service was excellent our server was upstanding, friendly courteous and on top of the game. I'll update her name when I remember. We got chicken and beef fajitas prepared at the right term, super tender and flavor was delicious. Highly recommended. Don't forget to try their special Margarita on the Rocks. Sorry no picture on this one, were too hungry 😉

Came to eat with my mom Sunday and it had been a while since we had got together. So needless to say we were looking forward to it. When the waitress first came to the table she was sweet but she never returned. After sitting awhile, already receiving our food and she still hadn’t been back I decided to go look for someone to assist. The manager (I wish I caught her name) noticed me right away and asked if I needed help. I explained that our waitress hadn’t been back and we already received our food. We ran out of Salsa so didn’t get to enjoy chips and no refill on drinks. I was also gonna order an alcoholic beverage but she never returned. While we were talking, we looked up and she was at the table. From that point on, the waitress and the manager both went above and beyond for the rest of our dinner. Instead of being upset I spoke to the manager she apologized and explained she got caught with her tables outside. They never let our drinks even get half way low and we’re constantly checking in. At the end they offered dessert. Before we left I tried tipping the waitress and she wouldn’t accept. She acknowledged that she had disappointed us at first and again apologized. They were so genuine and went above and beyond making it right. We all make mistakes and of course stuff happens. This is what you call excellent service! Thank you for the positive experience!

I can honestly say a horrible experience ended in a great way all because of the manager Xena Martinez. Not only did my food order come out wrong once but it came out wrong 3 times. The waiter took forever to come back to acknowledge us. After the 3rd time Xena came over and changed the entire experience. She was not only the nicest person , respectful but she was understanding, patient and caring . She accommodated us in a professional way. I would definitely say if excellent customer service has to be taught for your organization, select Xena to be the leader/example. Thank you Xena for your professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service, because of YOU I will return to this location.

This place was packed!!! Deservedly so!!! The salsa comes to the table warmed and smoky flavored -as if it was made over an open pit fire under the stars. We feasted on the FRESH guacamole- wow!! The wait staff - Billie, our great server absolutely kept her cool with style during the Friday night howls in the distance for more chips!! She was great. And then - hold on to your specialty margarita…. There’s Luis - the manager on the floor. What an amazing ambassador for the Pappas brand. Grilled lamb chops and tomatillo avocado salsa?? What!? Heavenly. Texas redfish with grilled shrimp… don’t wait one more minute to spoil yourself. Ambrosial. Make this special place part of your weekly escape from mediocrity. You won’t regret it. ♥️

• Atmosphere: my personal opinion is that the tables are just too close together. If you can sit in the back room, do that. They are group tables but much more space is between them. The place is beautiful and it is fun to see them making tortillas. • Service: this can vary depending on how busy they are and who the waiter is. We have had both excellent experiences and disappointing ones so be prepared either way. • Food: The beef fajitas are a standout here. I have never been disappointed by the quality, quantity, flavor or tenderness. The rice and beans are standard and nothing special. The cheese dip is very good. The lunch portions are a perfect size and should be considered to save you some money. • Price: very expensive, be prepared to spend lots of money • Overall this is hands down the best fajitas in town
