The owner and waitstaff is quite possibly the most hospitable, and most kind I have ever encountered. The food is to die for, and the desert...omg! Order me another!!!

The food is always delicious and the service is great. They have a nice wine list as well. Forno's is one of our favorite places to go!
I recently dined at the authentic Italian restaurant, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance transported me to Italy, with rustic decor, soft Italian music, and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.
The menu offered a wide range of traditional Italian dishes, and I opted for the classic Margherita pizza. The pizza was a masterpiece of simplicity, with a perfectly thin, crispy crust, fresh tomato sauce, and the creamiest mozzarella cheese. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and I couldn't get enough.
For dessert, I indulged in a creamy tiramisu that was a heavenly way to end the meal. The coffee-soaked ladyfingers and velvety mascarpone were a match made in dessert heaven.
The wine selection was impressive, featuring a variety of Italian wines that perfectly complemented the meal. The attentive and knowledgeable sommelier guided me to the perfect pairing for my dish.
The service was exceptional, with attentive waitstaff who were passionate about sharing the best of Italian cuisine. The whole experience was a memorable journey through Italy's culinary delights, and I can't wait to return to this authentic Italian gem.
First-time guests at Fornos. I was the first customer of the day. Nice painting on the wall. I ordered sautéed crab claws. It was delicious. I also had Seafood Alfredo. A tad under seasoned but with pepper and salt it was great. Fresh pasta.
Good food, good service and a nice little place to come eat with friends. They have a large wine selection, full bar and indoor and outdoor seating.
The food here is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only real problem with this place is the speed the food and check come out. This is a sit down restaurant where you'll want to take your time and enjoy. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. It's a popular spot and the food is worth the wait.
This is a brilliant little spot.
After frequenting for a little over 4 years at least once a week, I feel, I’m well placed to share a few words.
Off the bat, service is always good (familiar faces are found) food is always great, it’s always served hot, good to taste and sensibility sized.
The restaurant gets busy quick from 11am at lunch but never had an issue getting a table. Prices are good too.
Perhaps one of the best Italian places in town.
Started off with the stuffed mushrooms and shrimp di la casa. The mushrooms were fried and stuffed like nobody’s business and came in a nice white wine cream based sauce packed with flavor the mushrooms were big and juicy. The shrimp were fried and crispy with another white wine cream based sauce with a hint of lemon and other herbs and spices in it. The Scampi is also packed with a lemon buttery white wine flavor and comes with mushrooms as well pasta was cooked well too. The staff is always nice and very attentive.
We had an amazig dinner. We tried the linguini with clam and it was delicious. Service was also nice.
Always always come here. So good. I don't even look at the menu anymore I just tell them what I want and wait to be dazzled. The rolls are amazing just make sure not to eat too many or you will easily spoil your meal. Great place to wine down.
Omar was very attentive professional. He was all over the place multitasking and yet he gave us personable attention. He made all the customers feel important.
I've eaten at this restaurant since it was on Memorial Drive. The food is simply delicious. They make their food fresh and take pride in it, and it shows. I think it might be one of the most underappreciated Italian restaurants in Houston.
