Fabulous pastries! The pastry that is made with apple and looks like a pink rose was to die for. Unbelievable the flavors and excitement my tastebuds experienced. This place is the best kept secret in Houston.
We love their breakfast burritos, breakfast platter and cinnamon rolls! You've gotta come see them for breakfast.
I love using this bakery for their amazing cakes! I have booked with them for the most important occasions. Their cakes not only taste delicious, they are beautiful. Also, their staff are so lovely, friendly and super professional.
Love this bakery! Easy to work with, great quality, and very fairly priced. WCB did our wedding and groom’s cake; the design was flawless and the cake was delicious! A fraction of the cost compared to other popular bakers in town… and they don’t try to sell you more than you want/need! Just picked up a birthday cake for my husband and again it looks perfect. Price is SO low compared to others! Do not sleep on this wonderful bakery. Monica and Zach are a delight.
Omg, the cakes and pies are so good. Ended up getting 10 for work and everyone LOVED them. Banana Split Cake is a must try.
And they do breakfast and lunch. Just go, it's worth it

I had the best experience working with Monica for my wedding cake and highly recommend to anyone looking for a custom cake for their wedding or event. I contacted so many places and World Catering Bakery was the only one with transparent pricing (not to mention unbeatable prices and delivery fees).
Communication was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting, we tried at least 10 flavors and they were all outstanding. My husband and I love chocolate cake, we got the Tres Chocolate which is light and moist, the Texas Chocolate is decadent, and the white Strawberry Fields cake is a WOW! We struggled to choose and were thrilled to get a flavor for each layer.
The cake was not only absolutely stunning but also incredibly DELICIOUS- it ALL got eaten. It was more beautiful than I even imagined. Everything went perfectly and delivery was outstanding. I would work with them again anytime and am recommending them to everyone!! Monica quite literally made my wedding cake dreams come true!
Note that the flowers were purchased elsewhere but Monica laid them out beautifully and nailed EXACT color I wanted, not to mention the TASTE!
What a cute bakery. When you walk in, the appearance is very sweet and it has a lot of decorations from different cultures. The staff is super friendly. Overall I had really tasty food and a great experience!
I visited with my mom and sisters and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Firstly, the pastries were amazing! We also got the turkey sandwiches which were fresh and extremely tasty! The customer service was superb which made us feel even more welcomed. This place is an automatic 10/10!!

2nd review: I dig how they updated the space, as it is much warmer now more seating options. Had the Cuban again w a white bean soup and both were fantastic...as the chunks of bacon in the soup were a hit. The oatmeal cookie I finished w was tasty but wish it had been a little more moist. Still, can’t wait to come back.
1st review: Passed this bakery for years and finally tried it on recommendation and WOW! Best Cuban sandwich I've had since trip to Miami...quaint little place, amazing pastries and small lunch menu that packs a tasty punch. Can't wait to come back.
Can't say enough good things about this place! Great food, wonderful pastries and baked goods, excellent service, but the crowning glory is cake! We ordered two small wedding cakes (one vanilla with lemon filling, one chocolate with raspberry filling) to pick up Friday for our daughter's Saturday backyard wedding. There was a mix-up on the order, But Chef Monica stayed late and made the cakes. She came in on her day off so we could pick them up Saturday morning. We were blown away at their beauty, but even more impressive was how they tasted. I have never had such moist cake. Everyone raved about them. I highly recommend.
I forgot to take photos. But I'll grab some next time. Because I am definitely coming back. There were so many delicious options and it was all made fresh. I was in a hurry and luckily there was only 1 other person in line. I grabbed a blueberry muffin which, by the way, was FILLED with blueberries. Amazing. And I grabbed a sausage cheese jalapeño kolache for my husband. I took 2 bites of it and almost didn't give it back to him. Very tasty. There's so much I want to try and I have to go back.
