Kam’s Wok Wine Dine - Houston - Photo album

Kam's is a long-standing neighborhood Chinese restaurant in the Montrose area of Houston. My two boys and I have been coming here periodically for several years, and I will save this as one of the better Chinese restaurants in town. The quality of the food and preparation is in my opinion far bett
I visited this restaurant based on reviews, and I wasn't dissapointed. We arrived right at 5 (on a Saturday) and parking was directly behind the building and easily accessible. When they're crowded there may be a harder time finding parking nearby, as the lot is small. They have a great selection of
My favorite Chinese restaurant anywhere! Have been going since they opened...long before Zagat’s discovered them. Pay to valet as parking is limited. My two favorite appetizers are the Steamed Seafood Dumplings and the Crabmeat Cream Cheese Rolls. My only suggestion is to bring back the Shanghai Shr
Great, friendly staff, excellent food, good prices. My favorite thing on the menu is the sesame chicken, great place to eat lunch.
Our favorite place for made to order delicious Chinese Food. And Chinese New Year entertainment is always a nice treat!
Freshest and cleanest tasting Chinese cuisine, and the customer service is fantastic! The lunch specials come with a good amount of food and sides. I love the vegetable eggrolls. Lastly try the Great Soup, but keep in mind it's meant to be shared!
My dad and I come here sometimes. It's a great little place, with plenty of parking in the back. The food is always good quality and pretty tasty, and the environment is clean and nice. The service is kind of lax, but I've never had a serious problem with service here. It's a great place to stop if
Excellent food with good prices. Got 2 entrees but could have even shared 1. They come family style where you dish the rice into your plate then the meat/vegetable dish, so it's easy to share. Service was fine but not amazing. Parking was limited but wr used the valet which was $5. Will be back.
This place is cozy and the food is great. I got here right before it closed for take-out after going to the art museum. We sat down for a quick bite and the rest to go. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received even as we were potentially those last minute customers that restaurant e
The food was delicious, fresh and outstanding. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review was because of our waiter named Gregory. My mother and I had spent the entire day at St Luke’s Hospital with my uncle who is in the ICU. I saw this restaurant had great reviews and trust me the food wa
My daughter and I come here for dinner. Though we always order the sweet and sour chicken (her favorite), we've never been disappointed. I have also ordered the chicken, pork and seafood dumplings during their happy hour and all are very good! The egg drop soup and wanton soup are very flavorful.
Hands down the best Chinese food available in Houston. Prices are comparable to most available in the surrounding areas, and they don't hike it up too much despite their prime real estate in Montrose. You definitely get your money's worth. The dining in experience is an incredible treat, with except
Recently came here again and wasn't impressed. The hot and sour soup was like peppery thick water and the Honey Chicken was light on the honey sauce. This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. They have all of the americanized Chinese dishes, but they also have a good set of authentic Chinese d
Delicious food with many vegetarian options. Loved the pan fried veggie dumplings which came with 5 different sauces, crispy egg rolls and chow mein. Noodles were not that hot when served and service was okay. Overall good food and experience.
Great food ! Attentive servers. Nice intimate atmosphere, great portions and awesome drinks (quite strong). We had the chicken with green beans, honey shrimp, chicken/shrimp fried rice, wintermelon soup (highly recommend), wonton soup...and to drink we had the Dragon Mule and The Art of War. Reasona
I've never dined in, so I can't speak for that. My experience is solely based on takeout. The food is delicious, and doesn't taste cheap. Everything tastes fresh, and my order is always correct. The cheery man at the front desk is always super friendly when I walk in, and even knows me by name. Th
Good Chinese food is found almost anywhere, but great Chinese food is another thing. This is certainly one of the latter. One of Houston's best kept secrets for great Chinese food is this little hidden gem, Kam's Wok. It's been here for about 30 years, and that says something in a city where restaur
Arguably one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Houston. With a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and friendly, efficient service, Kam's is a restaurant I visit again and again. From the lunchtime specials to special dinners, this restaurant pretty much ticks all the boxes. It's all good, but the
