They finally reopened on airline. Spouse and I had the bacon wrapped, meat stuffed with cheese jalapeño, then whole red snapper, scallops and rice with house margaritas. All were excellent. Wife said restrooms where top notch. Pricing was better than we expected from other heights places esp

The seafood here is PREMIUM! Not crazy expensive either. The flavors are amazing, so much spices. The place is a good size, the upper lever is being fixed so it hasn't been open but they typically have tons of space. The waitress are very attentive to your needs. Drinks are good here too.
My husband & I have been eating at Tampico's for over 20 years & last night was our first disturbing experience. Our waitress spoke little to no English & kept interpreting my husband's order wrong to the point that another (English speaking) waitress stepped in & told our waitress what he wanted. S
My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years!! We drive from the southeast of Houston to the northside! This place has amazing shrimp and fish fillet! They make the cocktail shrimp with this amazing sauce. I’ve tried other places and it’s not as good as the one they use here.

We have been dining here for nearly twenty years and Tampico on Airline never disappoints. The snapper a la plancha was super fresh along shrimp and scallops. We tried crab legs for first time which were also very fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this local Houston gem
If you love French fries, you will be surprised when you try them at this restaurant, they are super tasty! I love the fried fish here. Shrimp cocktail is actually very good as well.

Got the jumbo shrimp and scallops combo to go. The food was very tasty; the seafood was good. For my combo I chose fried rice, and it also came with a little salad, and bread, too. When I got here, there were 2 buildings with Tampico signs on them, but then with the help of a man directing traffi
I can’t wait to go back to visit Houston just for this restaurant! I am still dreaming of that fish. This is a must try restaurant!
I was in the area waiting for an event and was hungry. I did a quick Google search and landed here. Food was delicious and looking forward to try other menu items. These were about $18 or $19... Stuffed shrimp with cheese and jalapeño. It comes with sides but I opted to have no sides due to my diet.
Our first time to eat here and the shrimp enchiladas were delicious. Service was excellent. We are looking forward to coming again.
Best seafood in Houston. I recommend the Grilled Red Snapper with Grilled Shrimp.
This place was amazing good margarita. Reminded me a lot of Mexico. You can definitely feel the Mexican restaurant vibe. Definitely will be back.
