Let me start by saying we went here for our anniversary in October, so well after crawfish season. But man, they did not disappoint! Everything we had was delicious, and the service was wonderful. Kami was friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable overall.
I just flew into town and checked in to my hotel. I found The Crawfish Pot doing a search around Houston Hobby Airport. It was a 5 minute walk from Springhill Suites.
This place is spot on. Local great Cajun flare with amazing staff. Sat at the bar and was greeted by Barbara.

Let me start by saying the food was great and very resonably priced and our server was amazing. However, I could tell the staff was overwhelmed by the number of people that they had, including the 10 minute wait at the door. There were only 3 people out on the floor the entire time I was there. Wow this place was packed on a Thursday night. We put our names down and went to crab some milk tea in the same complex to wait. The we got crawfish & shrimp. Shrimp are huge! Crawfish was fresh and good sizes too. Oysters weren't bad either, clean and good size.

My favorite place to eat in Houston as a seafood lover! Their oysters are delicious. And I always get the special house flavor on my crab legs crawfish and shrimp! I LOVE their turkeyneck soup with steamed rice on the side as well. It is a MUST!
There was a long wait, but it was worth it. The food was amazing and so was the service. It was a little warm, though, but it was summer and the place was packed. Definitely will return.

The area is not so outstanding. The food/service is very good. What is so hard about fried shrimp and oysters. I think it has been 30 years since I have found anyone who could do them right and these people are the best!

Dangggg this place is actually pretty good. The house special sauce was bomb and really flavorful. I have been to aot of different places including the ones from California. I would say this place is up there in terms of flavor. Good job!
As a NOLA native the seasoning and flavor here was actually really good. I got the Hot house special on the all you need platter. The shrimp were huge, almost too big since they donāt hold flavor that big lol. The staff was super friendly and service was super quick.

Good crawfish, we got 3 lbs of hot and 2lbs of spicy. I feel like the hot could of been Spicer, but spicy was good enough for me. The mushrooms were good, the sausage was my favorite, corn was OK. We also ordered Half dozen Oyster were fresh and clean.
