Excellent mother's day brunch! This restaurant has great ambiance and vibe. Food is very high quality. Service was also amazing. There was not a single thing we ate that we did not like.
This place is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. It's amazing that at a hospital there could be such a beautiful place. The furniture and design is stunning. Asides from that, the food is also so flavorful. I did not taste the shrimp cocktail, but their calamari is one of the best I have ever had. It balanced acidity, saltiness, and sweetness extremely well. Their calamari is a MUST order. Their red snapper is salted delightfully. I never realized how great the combo of vegetables, green curry, and fish was. I do have to say though, the green curry was lacking in flavor and density, and the jasmine rice was slightly overcooked. But those flaws balanced out with how the rest tasted. Not pictured is the bread that they offer for free, and dear gosh, their butter with the sprinkles of special salt on top is something to remember. If anything, ask for more bread and butter. That said, this restaurant is one of those middle to high end restaurants, but it is totally worth the money.
I really had a delightful experience at Third Coast. I attended a seminar so my experience was a little different. We were greeted with a glass of wine and had a three course meal. All of of the food was delicious. I had the 6oz filet with spinach and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to perfection. The small bites were very appetizing and for dessert I had the sorbet which was a nice finish. The waitstaff were very attentive. The decor is beautiful.
We had a very lovely dinner here. Our server was attentive and courteous. Great city views. Be sure to come with time to park in the garage and walk. The restaurant is on the 6th floor.
Lovely restaurant. We had very good steaks. It was very empty during the week but I imagine it gets busy at the weekend. It was very cold where we were seated so I think I would be more picky on another occasion. There are also private areas that looked like they are for business meetings or otherwise. I would eat there again.

The best kept secret in the Medical Center area. This restaurant serves both lunch and dinner and it is very good. The menu had choices for everyone including several vegan choices.
It is excellent for business meals or pleasure.
First time to visit Third Coast since the rebranding and remodeling a couple of years ago. It looks great and welcoming. With a open bar and modern but comfortable decor. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful night out here. First with drinks at their bar. Which they have a solid gin selection for my martini. And my wife really liked her cosmopolitan. We had a great window table with a view of the Med center. The food prep, plating and service was great! We order crab cakes for app. Lamb chops, clubsandwhich, fries, MAC in cheese and mushrooms (we like to eat!) Everything we loved. I highly recommend a visit for drink, apps or dining. We’ll be back.
Use google maps to help find the building if your not comfortable with the Med Center in Houston. Parking garage is well marked and easy to find with 3rd Coast logo on it. Then take elevator to the top floor and you walk right into the restaurant.
Delicious Food and great Napa sauvignon blanc and very nice company of friends at dinner last evening...
The HRW menu there was really wonderful.
1st picture is of scallop with a special puree ( don't remember)and light fine salad of lettuce and radish.and
4th picture was a gazpacho of yellow tomatoes and even a hint of lavender:_ the starters.
2nd picture was pork with pasta and mashed sweet potatoes,
5th picture was the salmon with asparagus and quinoa and peas_ these were the entrees and
3rd and 6th were the desserts....finger licking!
And , I saw this water wall in the med center...first time.

The view!! Was here for a business meeting and I really enjoyed the food. The risotto, my goodness, what a treat! The tuna chef’s special was a delight. The entry to the restaurant is fun and friendly, I love the artwork! The front hostess was the best I’ve ever encountered! Looking forward to visiting for happy hour so I may try more options, it’s a tad bit pricy.
I love third coast! Warm decor with modern touches, excellent food and desserts! And I also love their happy hour menu ! I can't resist to their coconut key lime pie ! Must try! Also, friendly, awesome service every time !!
