Super Chicken

This is my FAVORITE place to go for lunch. I usually get whatever is on their Super Chicken Specials menu and it’s always fantastic. My top 3 favorite in order are the Sante Fe Tacos, Marinara Po-Boy and the Cesar Tacos. When they first opened up they called their Garlic-Parmesan fries with Herbs and Cheese: crazy fries so I like to order the “crazy fries” as my side. Don’t miss out on this spot... I don’t.

Today was my first time to go to Super Chicken. My wife had a Greek salad with brick style feta cheese and I had a grilled chicken bacon melt. Both meals were excellent. The restaurant is spotless and the service is very quick. I'd highly recommend this family owned and operated independent restaurant for lunch!

I wouldn't normally give a HomeTown Fried Chicken type place this many stars. But not only have they weathered this covid-19 thing quite well but they turned it into a science and there is still an endless flow of people coming in here for lunch they had to take most of their chairs and put them outside. They have remained in business and will be around for a while! There's a very good menu selection and I just had the main thing the regular chicken tenders with garlic fries and the Texas slaw and I'm telling you it was excellent. perfect. The chicken tenders were probably 30 to 40% bigger than what you would normally get at another chain like Zaxby's or Cane's and again this is a privately owned individual restaurant and they're doing everything exactly right. The place is positively spotless, the waitstaff is friendly and bilingual and the owner was nothing but confident and has great positive things to say. If I lived in Houston, this restaurant would get me and my company's business very frequently. I'm sad that I won't be coming back for a while because I really want to try their tacos with the different kinds of sauces including mild Mexican and some other interesting things.
