House Of Pies Restaurant

House of Pies is such a classic spot that I will always cherish. The food is always pretty good and the tone of everything is reminiscent of a neighborhood diner. It’s open decently late (no longer 24 hrs), and it’s a great spot for a quick date as it never gets too loud. They also changed the format of the menu to a really nice design and added a few extras! Some of my favorites: The grilled cheese w/ a pickle and fries! Patty melt Pippin Apple Pie a la mode (constant go to, amazing pie crust) Pecan pie a la mode Brownie sundae (super chocolate, but has walnuts!) Pumpkin pie Sweet potato pie You can get dessert at any time here :)

R server was a gentleman, didn't get his name but he was a awesome waiter. It was r first time there,we asked what he recommend. Meatloaf, Chicken parmesan, and Loaded beef, mushrooms baked potato with a salad. Then he recommend desert OMG banana pie & almond pie was delicious. I will recommend this restaurant to family and friends. We will be going back again.

Oh my goodness! What is this place!? We were picked up from the airport by a friend who brought us here for breakfast. I had a hard time choosing from the glorious menu!!! The pies are insane! The hot chocolate was great with the best whipped cream!! I had a BLT with Broccoli Cheddar Soup. My friends ate Banana Pecan Pancakes and loved them!

My new favorite place to dine in. I have eaten here a few times after my 1st time. The service is amazing too. I prefer my favorite waitresses, I have to get her name next time They have plenty of options to choice from and I try my best to try something new each time. And their prices are quite decent too.

Wow! Amazing place. I've been here three times already, and I'm beginning to love it. Big selection of pies. I love the apple pie with coffee. My favorite. The place has beautiful and interesting decorations. The bathroom is very clean, and I always notice and check. To me? Very important. Honestly, the bathroom smelled like a rose garden. The waiters are nice and friendly. To my surprise, they serve breakfast all day, so don't wait, come on over and enjoy your favorite breakfast and piece of good O pie. I recommend this place.

A Houston staple for comfort food. The chicken fried chicken, chili, and cottage fries are a few of our favorites. The strawberry milkshake is also amazing. Bayou Goo, coconut cream, and banana cream pies are so good! Great place to take a step back, slow down, relax, and indulge in some home-cooked meals. The service is always phenomenal, and the ambience is homey and comforting. The drip coffee is also solid. The pies are perfect for holiday meals like Thanksgiving and Christmas.
