Winner winner chicken dinner! What a great restaurant. They serve some kind of creamy green dip with their chips which is amazing. We had the beef fajitas which were absolutely phenomenal. Very moist and very tasty they also have really really good tortillas. Great outdoor patio which overlooks some fountains the restaurant inside is absolutely stunning. One of the best Mexican restaurants in Houston. I regret it took us so long to find this Gem❤️
This was my first visit to El Tiempo Cantina. I was definitely not disappointed, thought it might be the same ole Mexican dishes, but I was joyfully surprised. To say the crab nachos were amazing is an understatement; they were soooo tasty and delicious.
I had the cosmo drink, and it very delicious! Just as it should be made.
Must check out and I'll definitely be returning again for those delicious crab nachos.
Excellent food and Margarita drinks! The menu is huge, if they make it, it is Excellent! Highly recommend the fajitas and use the butter dip, Wow! Carne Guisada is diffferent but Excellent and the flour tortillas are made fresh ans served hot, Excellent! The margaritas are nice and strong and tasty! Highly recommend El Tiempo. Also, in Minute Made Park.
Good food & service. My friend and I enjoyed a great lunch. Texas styled portions so I had plenty to take home.
El Tiempo Cantina - Vintage is a fantastic spot for dinner and dates, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that complements its flavorful dishes. We indulged in the spicy margaritas, which were delicious but should be enjoyed responsibly, as they can sneak up on you. The Fajita and Carnitas Lunch Plates we ordered for dinner were both generous and scrumptious, providing ample portions for two people to share and still have leftovers. If you're looking for a great place to enjoy a meal with that special someone, El Tiempo Cantina - Vintage is definitely worth a visit.
Was a little loud trying to sit outside because of the fans however aside from that a really cute place and good food! I got the quesadillas and they were delicious!
We always love going to El Tiempo! Food, Margaritas and atmosphere are always great. But the New GM is amazing and is doing great with the staff and service.
This restaurant has great food. We've been here several times and the food is always on point. We were 10 minutes late for brunch. So we ordered from the regular menu. I love getting combo plates. My mango mojito was good. My daughter enjoyed her kids pizza.
Great food and drinks. The chicken was moist and tender. The brisket is really tasty. The rice and beans were good as well. Really loved the homemade tortillas. I would definitely come back again.

Brunch review: The breakfast tacos are like burrito size and they are homemade flour tortillas. The barbacoa tacos come with homemade corn as well. The meat is not fatty, which is a big plus. I did ask for avocado and that was extra. The tacos do come with beans and potatoes as well. Very full-filling.
