Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen - Houston - Photo album

The menu is a little condensed compared to other locations and the atmosphere is different as well. However, they make up for it in portion size, and taste. The staff was very nice. The food was on point. We had Alligator bites for appetizers. We had Rainbow Trout & Shrimp (Pan-grilled, seared shrim
This place is fantastic! The service was amazing. Very fast, attentive, and polite. We got the calamari for an appetizer and it was a great portion for 2 people. Then I got the crispy salmon and jumbo crab entree and it was spectacular! A little spicy but absolutely delicious. We also had plenty of
I dined in this Evening and was promptly seated then greeted by a very pleasant waiter named Floyd. He has a very pleasant personality and he was very attentive. He ensured I had everything that I needed. The establishment itself was very clean, including the ladies room. Upon my exit,on of the waitr
I was extremely impressed with this restaurant! Reservations are highly recommended to avoid a wait. The service is amazing, and it takes a while to get your food because it is made to order. We enjoyed everything we ate, outstanding detail to flavors. It is on the pricy side, a crab cake was $35,
The food was awesome but their menu is abridged at this location. They offer rich savory flavor profiles that pair well with signature selections from their bar. Great place for an amazing dinner before a game or show at the Toyota center across the street.
We dined here tonight with a group of my colleagues. The food was excellent but the wait time to get in was not so great. I ordered the shrimp brochette and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place!
Still a good place for a good homelike food. The gumbo really rich and flavourful. The blackened catfish as well, the environment is buzzing all day, staff attentive... just a nice place to go eat and drink and have some good time,
Let me introduce you to "Pappadeaux Lite." You can get some of the main items of Pappadeauxs, but you can't get everything. They don't offer bread, lunch menu, or happy hour. Hence the name "Pappadeaux Lite." The sevice was good and the food was good but just wasn't the Pappadeaux I expected.
The fried food is okay, nothing to brag about, but the price is inflated for such common food. And for this location, parking is an issue and unless you get lucky, you'd have to park blocks away for decent and cheap parking.
The tilapia at the restaurant was exceptional, deserving a perfect 10/10 rating. Cooked to perfection, it had a delicate and crispy exterior with tender, moist flesh inside. The flavors were balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. The service was excellent, making it a must-try dish for seafoo
We went for lunch on a Sunday and there was hardly anyone else there, so our service was excellent and the food came quick. We got the gator nuggets for the appetizer and then I got the nude redfish as my main. The gator nuggets were fine, the novelty of eating an alligator as well as the presentati
First time here and it did not disappoint. Great spot downtown, smiling friendly staff, excellent food. My wife did not like that there was no crab on the menu, they had lump crab on top of the fish and a crab cake you could get for an appetizer but no meal with just crab. Even though the no crab, w
I booked a reservation on the night of the concert and had to wait 20-30 minutes to be seated. The food was prompt and very tasty. The waitress was very attentive too.
This is a good location. It was super packed but we were seated quick in the bar section. It took about 20mins of wait time to be asked what we wanted to drink. But after that, the food came out pretty quick. We were just here for a light meal. I git the mozzarella bites and The Mr shrimp basket.
Great seafood, decent cocktails and friendly service. The crawfish etouffee is as good as you'll find in Lafayette or New Orleans. The seafood fondeaux appetizer is tasty, as is the seafood gumbo with andouille sausage. The Mardi Gras pasta is fantastic. And the key lime pie is delicious.
Smaller menu than a typical Pappadeaux which I found odd. Also laughed they have banners up all around advertising coke zero but they don't have it. That said, the food was good and our waiter was great.
For our second dinner in Houston, our party of eight decided to try out Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, a New Orleans themed chain restaurant located in the southeastern area of downtown. The staff was attentive, asking whether we wanted refills with reasonable frequency, and the food came out within a
Ordered the Three Fried Catfish Fillets and Dirty Rice and house salad 🥗. The catfish fillets was fried to perfection and very crispy. Gave me three good size pieces of fish. The dirty rice was good but could have had a little more spices and flavor in it. Also could have given me more rice. Wish th
