Bring your taste buds with you. Everything here is next level. If you've never had Chicken Fried Lobster, loosen your belt. It's definitely worth it. Make sure to ask for extra truffle honey. You won't regret it. My wife and I love raw oysters, and Oceanaire delivers the flavor. Everything we ate from seared tuna to scallops to lobster was thoughtfully presented and absolutely delicious. DO NOT skip on dessert. The Baked Alaska is from another dimension of flavor. We will definitely be back.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Every staff member we encountered was so kind and wished the guest of honor a happy birthday.
We had a wonderful experience thanks to Zach. He was very knowledgeable about the menu!! I informed him that I was plant based so he spoke to the chefs to see if they could make a plant based meal for me (which turned out to be delicious) and he did a great job ensuring that we were well taken care of.
Overall the food and service were great. Highly recommend!

I hate that I forgot our host name but his recommendations for both food and drink were spot on!! We tried lunch there and the crab was one of the best I've ever had! Steak was very good and tender.. Excellent experience, and we will revisit when we travel back to Houston.

Visited this past weekend. It wasn't too busy compared to the surrounding restaurants. Was seated immediately. Sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice weather. Service seemed slower on the patio. The food was perfect from start to finish. Table shared the gumbo, Calamari, lobster fried rice, brocollini and the snapper. The food was perfect from start to finish minus the brocollini which could have been cooked longer. Service at the restaurant was fantastic. From waiter to management. Incident happened at restaurant and management was swift in ensuring the safety of guests.
Cons: long wait times for food.
Overall experience: great, highly likely to return.

Love this little spot itâs right close to the house to have great dining. Itâs not just a Seafood lonely do sells a great steak which I had a ribeye. They were brussels sprout, mushrooms and spinach was amazing. We also had the grits and lobster which was actually surprisingly good and we had the calamari that was slightly disappointing so they took it off I had the lobster bisque that was OK but other than that the environment of the restaurant the atmosphere the restaurant is very lovely and the service was very good and the food was actually really delicious so I definitely recommend it so if your next galleria area definitely check it out however, I was bon appĂŠtit

Came here for my cousins birthday and we overall were impressed. We put in a reservation and they printed a happy birthday note on our menus. The food and drinks were delicious and the server was great at making recommendations and helping with our food allergies. This place is very nice so I suggest wearing something a little more formal and it would be wonderful for an anniversary, or trying to impress someone special. Also even though it is a seafood restaurant they do have meatless and other meat options.

Cannot say enough about the service first of all. Andre was friendly, attentive and knew everything about the menu. The food is absolutely amazing. I had a party of 11 so we tried several different dishes. The lobster mac and cheese, spinach, asparagus, tempura chili shrimp, chicken n lobster rolls and filet mignon were ALL fantastic!!!
Add that to a stunning ambiance and that's why I can confidently recommend this spot!

This restaurant was absolutely worth the money. We got grilled oysters rock, shellfish mixed grill, a side of lobster Mac and cheese, and the crème brÝlÊe. Everything went together, we got to try a variety of things, and it was all delicious. The restaurant was high class, the servers were very prompt and kind, filling up waters and checking in when needed. When we needed help finding where we parked, they were more than happy to help with that as well.
Weâre from out of town and had no clue what the portion sizes were, or what to order. Our server was super helpful with suggestions based on what we wanted to try, I wish I could remember her name. She had light brown curly hair. My one and only complaint I can think of is that the portion sizes could have been a touch bigger, but honestly we were full and took leftovers home. I really enjoyed this place!!!

The Oceanaire Seafood Room is one of the hottest high end restaurants Iâve ever been to. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. I did not wait too long to be served, which was under 10 minutes. The table was always cleaned up and all dishes taken away. Yay to no messy tables! With quick and easy online reservations, you wonât be disappointed. Arriving with more than a party of 4? Iâve seen a party of 9 and some children arrive and everything was at the ready- even the high chair for the little ones.
The only downside is the restroom. There is no nappy changing in the restrooms so there can be a struggle and some improvising when it comes to changing the nappies in the restroom. However, 10/10 would recommend!

We love this place. We had not been to this location yet. The place is clean , tidy, and pretty modern. We sat in the bar area due to popping in. Our server was nice and informative. The food was hot and well presented. Everything on the menu looks good. The seasoning of our food was delicious. Date night was a success. We will be back.

Coming from a huge business meetings all week I actually dressed down in a skull T-shirt & jeans as I hate being in a suit in my off hours. The staff was not phased for even a second. Extremely courteous and professional with absolute white gloving . The menu picks for me were for an appetizer a bowl of seafood gumbo which unbeknownst to the restaurant, I am a seafood culinary specialist. Gumbo was excellent. Well portioned and seasoned perfectly to bring out the taste of the seafood , spice and didnât make the sausage overkill. I had a main course of the scallops over mushroom risotto with maple glaze from the chef specials and it was a well constructed dish. Scallops were cooked perfectly and risotto was denti & robust.. if I had one criticism of the scallops .. a hint of citrus (squeeze of lime ) wouldâve knocked it out of the park, but if thats all I have coming at you then come on .. thats a good thing. Well priced as my bill came with one margarita to $72 bucks . I would pay double for that in NY and be happy. The environment was clean and decorated well .. nothing over the top. I throughly enjoyed my time there.

We visited The Oceanaire Seafood Room for our daughter's sweet 16th birthday. The staff was fantastic and made her special day even more special. They wished her a happy 16th across all of our menus. That meant so much to her. Jack, our waiter, was incredible and so attentive. The food was delicious, even more than delicious. I personally would recommend the fried Lobster (give it a try, you WILL NOT be sorry. OMG!) I also recommend the mac and cheese lobster. Can't wait to go back and try the combination seafood grill platter. Worth every penny. You guys made our little girl feel so special, thank you!

Extremely poor customer service and quality of food...I just got off the phone with the general manager, Mayrika (sp), who only offered the words "I am sorry" with no concessions or credits to come back in to try the restaurant again once some improvements have been made. Overall, poor customer service, sub-par quality of food, and not the type of restaurant that I thought it was. I wish I could get a portion of my food bill back...After selecting this restaurant for my birthday dinner, I was extremely disappointed. The general manager did not even offer a gift certificate or credit to visit again in the future.
If I could rate this as a zero star, I would.
A more personal response, besides "I am sorry", from the general manager or manager from this location would be greatly appreciated.

Always a nice experience here. The chefs create the right flavor profiles and my halibut entree was absolutely amazing. The bread pudding for dessert was a great finale! I brought the leftover dessert home and my wife said it is the best bread pudding she has ever tasted. Well done!!

The waiter was impatient as I had trouble trying to decide what to order. Then when I went to the bar for Happy Hour, the bartender was sneaky. He didnât inform me that they didnât have a house bourbon. I got a surprise when my bill came. I asked why my drink was 13.00 and thatâs when he said that a house bourbon did not exist. I didnât want to cause a scene, so I didnât say that he should have informed me when I asked for the house bourbon and coke.

Food and drinks were great. Arrived at 6 and the restaurant was basically empty until 7:30. We were not seated until after 7 with no communication from the hostess stand. Service was very slow at the bar and there were only 4 other people there. Once we got to our table service was better. They definitely need to step up their service. I expect better service
