Very very good sushi. It was pricey but well worth the price. Everything we ordered we shared and there was not a single piece of sushi left at the end
Chilean Sea Bass is consistently amazing. Cooked to perfection, melts in mouth like butter. Better than Nobu hands down. Truffle fried rice is most flavorful. Sushi is fresh and of highest quality. I hope this place never leaves me
Sushi was good I wish there was less eggs on tops but was very good. The side salad was fresh but the vinaigrette dressing was so overpowerful I couldn’t eat it but the flavor was very good other than that I do recommend the place.

First time here. Tried the Red River roll and stuffed mushrooms. Very good food. Great atmosphere and excellent service.
Nothing is wrong with the restaurant, except it is a bit pricy. I spent $110 when I took me and my former best friend female at the time. Of course, she left me two years later but we did have a pretty cool dining experience here. Sushi was good. Desert was meh.
Large and original selection of appetizers and mains. The Miso Chilean sea bass was delicious, perfectly cooked, slightly crispy on the outside and mouth melting on the inside. Finished with Mochi ice-cream!

The service was excellent, I sat by the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and attentive. The food was good too; however, the rolls are not that big. The ambience was nice, I will definitely go back.
2nd visit here! This place was so good we forgot to take pictures! LOL. #1 dish PORK BELLY appetizer. Takes a while to make, order as you sit down. From Softshell crab hand roll, miso soup, Chilean seabass, shrimp fried rice, escolar nigari. All was delicious!! 5 stars! Highly recommended!
Great food! Original menu with some great fusion choices. The rolls are good and the service is great. Cool atmosphere and you can usually find a spot at the bar on short notice.
Prices might be a little on the high side but it’s not bad.
Sage 400 is an unlikely gem is a strip mall in west Houston. The fish quality is excellent and their signature rolls are interesting and unique. You can always get the usual standard sushi and sashimi but I enjoyed venturing out and trying the Complicated Roll.
They also have a decent liquor select
The Chilean Sea Bass is wonderful however, they took the asparagus and carrots away 😞 Everyone there is exceptional and it's a beautiful low key restaurant.
Yum! Sushi! The food was very good. The service was great. It's a little close in there, but nice. I wish I had taken more photos. The food was superb.
2nd time here and have been quite satisfied both times. The service is good and efficient, the sushi is really good. The drinks are pretty good too, my old fashioned with rye was spot on! I recommend the Roxy roll for a good mix of flavors!
Had a great couple of nights here, one just for drink, and then the next for happy hour/dinner. Great menu and an amazing staff. Highly recommend, especially for business travelers. Nice place to take colleagues.
