So it's the weekend and of course I have to find a new place to eat. How can anyone say no to empanadas? I was alittle overwhelmed with the different varieties that they had and I was so excited about all the different dessert ones. So we decided to try alittle bit of everything: English, texas bbq, spinach, ducle de luche, spinach, la adelita(chicken & bean) and cannot remember the name of the last one. I must say out of all of them it's a tie between the English and Texas bbq. I really love the soft crust they use along with the great spices they use. The dining room is nice and cozy plus the outdoor seating area has alot nice plants.

Wow! Now I get it! When you see a restaurant with a rating this high, from that many people, it definitely catches your attention. And now that we've been here I completely understand why!
The service is very friendly, and the empanadas are absolutely delicious. They have a ton of flavors, and even for people who are not all that into South American cuisines, there are flavors like Barbecue and Ham and Cheese. So there's really something for everyone.
Oh, and beware, if you order the large fries it'll come on a huge plate and be enough for the whole table!

One of my favorite casual restaurants, love chicken poblanaempanada, friendly service, good Sangria. Highly recommend. One more time here it better experience every time. Allison service is Top notch, Make sure you Tip well the staff. They work hard and deserve an extra motivation

My dinner was amazing ❤️!! My mom and I can here at 6:30pm on a Friday for the first time and we were amazed by the food, the super friendly staff and the amount of choices for the flavors of empanadas. Everything was delicious, the empanada dough wasn’t too greasy or doughy and the fillings were delicious and so flavorful. The inside seating is very homey and cozy. I would recommend you look at the menu before you come especially if you need glasses, they have a lot of options on the menu so it’s not very easy to read when you’re ordering. My favorite from what I ordered was the Chuckwagon. I would highly recommend this place, you won’t regret coming here the food is amazing and the prices are so reasonable! I am already planning my next order 😁

A true gem. This little hidden treasures needs to be shared. Try it and share with all your friends. I came here on a whim with a friend and we both had combo 1. The owner is super cool and the staff is friendly. Let them pick your first time and enjoy.

You get a warm sense of being in a family environment as soon as you walk in. The hearty smell permeates the air and penetrates your nostrils as if you were at Grandma's house. Each bite is absolutely delicious. The taste of each ingredient, the textures, the creaminess of the cheese, is all divine. You can taste the time and love that it was made with.

We went in here for dinner after reading great reviews on Google. We ordered savoury empanada, a sweet emapanada and chichen sandwich. The sandwich and curly fries were just okay but the empanadas tasted good and fresh. We regretted filling our tummy with sandwiches instead if trying more varieties of the empanadas. The ambience of the place is warm, artsy and outstanding! Felt really nice spending some time here.

I have to admit that this place is great! The empanadas are fresh, tasy and full of flavor. They have a great selection of flavors to choose from. I would Highly recommend the Beef Gaucho.

Two weeks ago I had to suddenly scrap an evening dinner at a nice restaurant that me and my girlfriend planned to treat our families to. In a panic, me and my girlfriend opted for small bites at our house instead and chose Marini's. Well, they really came through for us.
We ordered 40 empanadas immediately and Marini's came to the rescue! The dedication to their customers and their can-do friendly attitude is what will bring us back for the forseeable future.
To boot, their menu has a wide list of many different and delicious empanadas. There is an option for everyone's taste and preferences and the empanadas are so warm and nicely baked...just yum yum yum. Can't look at the menu and see the names since Im texting this review but we ordered the Nacho Macho, Gaucho, Adelita, and the Tomato Pesto empanadas. All were very delicious and quite filling. Will go back to try the other ones!

The people working there are very nice, and the food is just amazing!! They have so many options to choose from and they all the empanadas in store.
However, you might not want to go during rush hours, as it might take time to get your food.

Ordered 11 empanadas to go, and they were still warm after a 20 minute car ride. Each and every one of them was thoroughly savory and delicious. I also quite enjoyed the green sauce that was packed with our order, it complemented all the flavors really well~ I look forward to the next visit!

Fantastic. A hidden gem. Empanadas, choripán and alfajores. If you haven’t been, go. The choripán will change the way you sleep. The empanadas were so good that I had to buy an Oreo one to go. The alfajores - incredible. I’m actually still trying to process what happened. So good, will be back for more 🇦🇷

This place is right off of Westheimer in Houston Texas mariani empanadas are a staple must have in the city of Houston if you travel this direction and some must stop destination it was listed on Diners Drive-Ins and dives Guy fieri love the service and food I did the same I got the beef and cheese Argentinian Los pompas the nacho locos and some delicious peanut butter and banana with dos de leche called the oldest that thing was bomb 💣💥 this place was pretty packed but it was easy to get my food good service clean place clean restaurant clean restrooms great service different types of empanadas salads sandwiches a lot of different options they also had a kids meal again I do say that this is a great stop in the city of Houston Texas feel like empanadas this is a must like and follow me for more great reviews see you next time

I love Argentinian food because passion is the key ingredient in every dish. There is nothing better than to see owners/chefs Marcello and Pelusa Marini supervising and helping the cooks. Every empanada I tried was delicious. The Gaucho beef empanada is my favorite. I tried the Texan bbq, Hot Tia Maria and Chuck Wagon brisket varieties and were all flavorful. For a healthy alternative I recommend the whole wheat baked empanadas. My only constructive criticism is that they should reduce the menu size because too many choices is a little overwhelming and hard to decide.

If any of my friends are ever in Houston I very much recommend this Argentinian family restaurant. $40 + tip got us a BIG sandwich, five empanadas, a small order of curly fries, and a carafe of homeade Sangria.

An excellent surprise. I had the combo plate with a Hawaiian ChuChu and a Chicken Diablo. Came with a salad and dessert empanada. Happy, friendly staff too. Will be back if I’m ever in Houston again.

I don't spend a lot of time outside of The Woodlands unless it's volleyball travel. I'll be making an exception for this place. I ordered the Las Pampas and it was savory and gooey with cheese and avocado. The Tex Mex had flavorful large chunks of Texas bbq brisket. Only two eaten but it was so satisfying. I also had a house salad with the freshest honey lime vinaigrette that I just discovered I can buy from them if I let them know in advance. Dessert later was the Apple Gabriella. Chunks of tart apple, creamy dulce de leche and cream cheese. Holy yummo.

This place is so good. I had the oinker (pork and potato) and the banana (bananas with cinnamon and sugar)with fries and a drink. I love coming here. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. A true plus is seeing Mr. and Mrs. Marini.
