My wife and I ordered Taco salads. I have never had a worse meal. They gave us chili with 3 different kinds of beans for the taco meat and salsa. I didn't even bother to put chili on top of my green lettuce and tomatoes. Yuck! 😛

I judge fast food places by fast food standards - don't compare them to other restaurants..... And Wendy's typically scores pretty well - better than most fast food... BUT, NOT today at THIS Wendy's. Everything was subpar..... Service, food quality, food freshness.... None of it satisfactory

Wonderful the burger was nice and hot and juicy you can taste each ingredient the mustard the ketchup the pickles the onions the lettuce the tomato all went good together and the lettuce was crispy the fries on the other hand seem like they had been sitting three to four minutes longer than you live degrees at settled in but they were still hot and the drink was just the way I asked it light ice completely lovely I will go back again thank you very much I need to try it if you're in Hot springs go check Wendy's out on Albert Pike road

Was not a fan at all. Me and my group of friends (3 others) went around 9pm and ended up waiting to order for over 5 minutes even though we were the only ones in the lobby at the time. When we got our food we were not at all happy, our fries were cold our frosty's were melted and there was something that looked suspiciously like mold in of the burger wrappers. Aside from the food the bathrooms were quite bad, especially the men's.
Overall would not recommend and will not be going back. The staff were nice enough though.

Food was typical Wendy's food and was good. The employees were nice. My beef with this location is that they are somewhat slow in getting the food out once it's ordered.

Multiple visits at drive through and always 20 to 30 minutes. Today I waited 12 Minutes at the speaker and no one ever took my order so I left. Very slow service

Yummy! Love me some frosties! They could move a bit faster but its worth the wait when you get good, fresh, hot food!

Just a run of the mill stop in for grub. The cheddar bacon burger meal... well there was a problem with it. The problem was that it made me hungry for more. Oh man was it good. Value priced goodness that hit the spot. I did want more ketchup than a single pack but the burger won the day.
