Dunkin'

I have worked in retail most of my life and I understand the challenges that workers are going through right now are I precedented. I don't think I have ever written a negative review. That said, we will not ever return to this location. We were given dairy beverages after continuously asking for alternative milks in our coffee(I am very lactose intolerant). We asked patiently three times while the drinks were made to make sure no dairy milk was used. Employees were unreasonably rude to my wife, and appeared to load our correctly made drinks up with extra flavor syrup as a spite effort when they had to be remade; they were completely undrinkable, no exaggeration. We have never been difficult customers but were met with unwarranted hostility at this Dunkin. We used to love the people who worked here but everything has gone downhill.

I placed a mobile order for food for my family at 8:50. The app said it would take a little bit longer to make. I arrived at 9:07 and the coffees were ready but no food. I asked an employee who said they were working on it. At 9:25, I asked again and was yelled at by both the employee and the owner for not arriving sooner to pick up my order, and since I didn’t, it was my fault that someone else picked it up and they would have to make it twice. I said I was waiting there for 15 minutes and trying to give them time to make it and I was told they were working on it. I understand it’s busy and stressful but I have never been treated like this in a store before.

All the Employees/servers / franchise owners were not wearing proper safety equipment. Like their masks were barely a slim tape over their mouths, noses completely bare. Customers are wearing proper masks coming in, why not return the favor?! If there’s such scant care where it’s so visible, I’m uneasy to think about compromises in parts where customers can’t see.
