The food was great the older woman with blonde hair she is a nice lady I will be back I like the service is better the horse heads restaurant
Fast service, friendly staff , food was great ..no complaints here.
I was early for a meeting in Elmira, and decided to take a stroll, and ended up here. I'm glad I did.
I was greeted fairly quickly, given the drive thru line was almost back to the main road. The gentleman who waited in me (his name escapes me) was the perfect morning server: calm, pleasant, with a warm smile. Coffee and two hash browns (he suggested the 2 for $3) was all I ordered. He asked me to be seated and gave me a table placard number to identify where the order would be served. Looking around, the restaurant (it was early) was immaculate. My order arrived via the same employee, manager I think. I didn't have much, but it was well prepared.
It was the ambiance (I know, not really a McDonald's adjective) that made me relax. The meeting was a serious matter I had to discuss with my doctor. I will be forever grateful to - let's call him Karl -for doing his job well enough to keep me as calm as he was, and enjoy the simplest of breakfasts.
This is the best McDonalds in Hhds area. They get your food right 90% of the time, and you only have to pull up and wait if they are really busy, but much faster wait time than any other McDonalds in the area. The employees are always really nice!
Recently remodeled and the changes are great. Update to the technology, and added a second lane to help with volumes of people that travel in the interstate. Relitively easy on and off. Good staff, and quick service. I've been to this location for about 20 years, and they still care about the core mottos. Very courteous staff, and small wait times.
This is the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen!!! Great place and great employees.
Staff was nice and helpful when the app messed up.
Bacon egg and cheese bagel was delicious. The breakfast sauce on them is the best. They need to keep the bagels. Restaurant was clean. Staff was polite and helped us in a timely manner although most of the attention was on drive thru customers. Rest room was okay. Not messy but needed a touch up.
We prefer to go to the this location because the people there are absolutely 💯 awesomely nice and the service is awesome.
Stopped by for my favorite shake - the Shamrock Shake.
Used the drive through, only one car ahead of me, so no waiting.
Ordered, and got the expected service. Polite, direct, and to the point.
Paid at window #1, picked up at window #2 within a minute or two.
I love these shakes, but, am not a fan of the whipped cream added to the top- perhaps I will try to request it without the next time.
Fast, friendly service, just like you would expect from any McDonald's that you visit.
Very busy on a Saturday afternoon, had something small missing from our order but it was corrected immediately. Happy overall!

Ice cream machine is almost always "down". Restaurant is rarely "clean". Employees are very friendly. Food is usually right.
