Dunkin'

My order is never made correctly and the employees there are really rude. One time, I ordered a coffee and a latte and in a few mins they gave me my coffee, but forgot about the latte. I normally wouldn’t mind that mistake but after I stood around for a few minutes one lady yelled at me “Why are you still here” in a really mean tone. Another time it took 15-20 minutes for them to make my drink and it wasn’t busy at all. I had to remind them about it that time too. I also heard them talking bad about a group of me and my friends after I ordered one time. Just never feel welcome there.

Older lady In the front is very rude , I asked her to simply put extra caramel drizzled inside cup and she rudely responded that how they do it. Well not only did they skip my order because a friend came In And workers decided to get her coffees ready first but also they didn’t drizzle caramel like i requested. Then i realized the entire staff is also very rude. Lady who made the coffee said, well I did put extra caramel inside. These people forget we are paying over 5 dollars for this coffee.

Dunkin Donuts has to be one of the rudest businesses that I have ever dealt with in my life. I went to a Dunkin near my home at 78 W Main St, Hopkinton, MA. When I entered, I said good morning to 3 different staff, and they didn't say anything. I placed my order, thanked her, and she even said nothing. I asked for napkins, and I noticed the staff did not like the fact to get out of her way to give me them. What bothered me was the lack of care for the customer, and the workers were not friendly and very rude. AVOID THIS PLACE.
