Dunkin' Donuts

I'll preface my review with a note that i almost exclusively order ahead for pickup at this location. That has been a game changer to avoid standing in lines. I do adjust my wait time for pjckup on the size of my order and how busy they may be. A few times they didn't have what I ordered, I don't think they have communication from the local stores to the app to tell them when they've ran out of something. For some specific info, there is usually parking available. The inside is spacious and neat. It can get a little loud, but people aren't usually there for the ambiance.

No store is perfect but this is the closest I've had to that with a dunkin location. The breads seem fresher and are cooked/toasted just right, the drinks are always what you ordered, the space is large and clean, and the staff is friendly. I literally drive 10 minutes to/from this store, passing 2 other dunkin locations, a few times a week because I know I won't be frustrated or disappointed with what I bought. Sometimes it can get hectic during rush periods but when it's busy the staff work flat-out. Occasionally, people start pacing and grumbling about standing for 3 minutes waiting for their food but you can clearly see there are 10+ mobile orders that all came in at the same time. A woman named Kate (who seems like a manager?) is a machine when things are busy and is so ontop of things. She's the person you root for on undercover bosses that gets 20k, and a vacation, and a job at corporate, at the end of the episode.
