Placed mobile order at 12:35pm with an estimated 1:00pm pickup time. We arrived at 1:02pm and our order was not ready. They actually hadn’t even started making it. They weren’t busy but we waited about 5 minutes before we noticed they had no intention of starting our order. We walked up and asked about our mobile order and the guy pointed to 2 empty wraps sitting off to the side. He then proceeded to start making another sandwich for someone else who came in after us. We saw them make 3 people’s orders that all came in after us. Finally after being visibly frustrated, a girl came over and started to make our wraps. Got our order around 1:15pm.
Also, they were incredibly stingy on portions. I eat at subway very frequently and have never gotten such a small amount of sauce, cheese, and veggies.

They’re super stingy on toppings I’ve been to a few subways and never had them do this to me. They literally only put two slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese on a 6 in which is ridiculous because at that point your mostly eating overpriced bread

Very stingy with toppings. Wouldn’t allow my mother to get a club sandwich with a coupon we had (the coupon did not exclude this sandwich..). Wish I could leave a 0 star.

They don't take coupons and I'm not paying $13 for something that used to be Five Bucks. 😂

Lady working tonight literally took 20 minutes to just get through one person....one sandwich. Making small talk and not getting work done. There was like 3 people waiting in front of me. Ridiculous. Needs work...

They are soooooooooooo stingy with the sandwich fillings ….. I’ve never had a subway sandwich This skinny in all my years . I will drive to Vestavia before I go here again . 🗑 👎🏽

Very happy with the box lunches I ordered for my family for Easter. All of the boxes were different and all were perfectly done. I had also asked that the names be written on the boxes and they were. I was so pleased. Everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you!
