Taco Bell

If I could, id give this place ZERO stars. I have heard about them giving incorrect/incomplete food to other customers and this has been my first experience with this happening. I ordered the number 5 combo which is a nacho bell grande with no beans, extra beef. I received this!!! (PLEASE REVIEW PHOTO). No beans, no beef, no tomato, and no sour cream. When i called 3 times to let them know of their error, no one picked up!! This is ridiculous. If i were you and you live in this area, i would take the time to drive to the grove location and maybe you can actually get the food you ordered from there.

I go to taco bell on occasion as its one of the only fast food restaurants with vegan options. I swear 8/10 times i come to this location my order is wrong!! Not only is it missing a few ingredients its cold and the ratio of ingredients is completely off…I asked for 15 sauces (don't judge) and literally received none and this happened multiple times in a row of receiving no sauce. And when i go back through they are rude and act bothered…When its made right taco bell is great!! But idk if i would choose this location 🤷🏻‍♀️

usually get the order right, but they haven't been giving receipts lately. went today at 6pm order a group with half crunchy taco supreme and half soft taco with just meat and cheese. They definitely charged us for sour cream. The phone is off the hook and the website "can't find any location" in Alabama. Disappointing because its probably an honest mistake but they need to at least give us our money back. They charged a lot for sour cream and we frequent this location.

I visited 2 taco bells yesterday. 1st one was on Pelham talk about atrocious! Left the 1st taco Bell with NO food. Then headed to the Hoover location. The staff was at least nicer. My order was messed up there as well. Didn't get my 2 freeze drinks. Didn't get my sons cinnamon sticks. As well as my daughter's cheese quesadilla. All three of my hard tacos were soggy and had to b put in the oven. At this point I had spent nearly 2 hrs trying too get food for 4 and two locations couldn't seem to figure it out. My order want difficult. 3 been burros 3 w/out onion add sour cream to one of those. 2 more been burritos just add sour cream to both. 1 hard Taco nacho 1 soft taco. All tacos just meet cheese and sour cream. Instead got 2 reg. Hard tacos soggy(extra side of soggy) 1 soft taco. The grease from the meet made the soft taco so soggy that almost all the Taco fillings fall straight out of the bottom of the BBC Taco. Had to remind them of the 2 cherry freeze drinks. On top of this setup didn't get cheese quesadilla, nacho Belgrade. I don't know what it is about Tsco Bell in Alabma but let me tell you - It does NOTb work out!!!!

I love love friggn love me some taco bell. If every other fast food place went out of business I would eat at Taco Bell 3 4 5 times a week. And I would love every minute of it. Now it's According to which one you go to it's how the service is but I know which ones I like so that's the only ones I visit. The one in hoover off of 31 beside panda Chinese food place... there fast and dont accidentally on purpose leave stuff out... and there chalupas are always hot and crunchy. I am legally blind and need to verbally place an order. Inside the restaurant the woman at the counter refused to take my order and said I had to use the kiosk. I said I can't not see well and need to verbally place an order and she just walked away refusing to acknowledge my issue. This was after I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. Wildly frustrating.
