Firehouse Subs

This is a very good firehouse location... At least during our most recent visit. The individuals serving us were very kind, personable, and knowledgeable about the newer items on the menu. Even gave us some cost breakdowns and various options of how to compose a meal for two when two whole sandwiches weren't necessarily needed for this particular visit. I'd definitely go back to this location not only for the amazing sandwiches that Firehouse provides, but also for the great service we received here!

This location is not good. This is the second time I have been and I basically got a bread sandwich. I dont mind paying $12 for a sandwich if I get the normal amount of meat. Very disappointing. Last night I placed an order, when I picked it up there was sauce all over my bag, my sandwich barely had anything on it and it also had pizza or marinara sauce on the outside of my bread (I got the smokehouse cheddar brisket) the sandwich is normally great, this time not so much. I will say they were busy and only had 2 employees working, only one was actually helping customers. Overall very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Not worth the price at all.

With 4 people behind the counter and only 4 customers waiting when I got there I thought showing up before the lunch rush was going to work out well. It is now 30 minutes later and I still haven't gotten my order. Standing up for 30 minutes and choking down my lunch in 10 is not how I planned on spending my lunch hour. Silver lining-it will be relaxing getting back to work.

This location is disappointing. It took 30 minutes to get our food today- two medium subs and a kids grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was only toasted on one side. The last few times we have been here the service has been extremely slow (even when the restaurant wasn’t busy), but today was the worst. Maybe management should come watch their staff to see how they can improve the line. We won’t be returning to this location.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff seemed a bit uncoordinated. Some customers with dine in orders received table numbers and some didn't. It led to who ever got the task of delivering food to the tables into a game of Marco-Polo. My order was almost given to a different couple until the confused employee asked if the order was for Keith 😅 TL:DR Food is always good. Service is inconsistent.
