first time through drive through they gave me the wrong order, second time i went through i got the correct order and took the wrong one back. then when i opened my food there were two dead ants in one of my tacos mainly on the lettuce. and all of the tacos were upside down in the bag

This TB has some really friendly staff that expectedly turns over regularly, but I consistently drive away having had a very pleasant interaction with the drive through workers. Today (06-18-21) was especially nice and the window attendant was just superbly amicable. I hope they have a really great rest of their night.

They put only beans on my burrito & used little to almost no meat on my other tacos in my box deal I was so disappointed

The staff at our Taco Bell are super friendly and helpful. It is always spotlessly clean. I have eaten at plenty of Taco Bell's through the years, but this is the best one and I'm so glad that it's about a mile away from us.

They got my order wrong and overcharged for what I actually received. When I called to let them know, their phone rings once then makes fax machine noises. I know it’s fast food but it still needs to be accurate. I didn’t short you on cash so don’t short me on my order.

Tried to order drive through there during normal business hours 2 times in the last 3 years, and both times they said "our systems are down for 30-45 minutes." It's code for "we don't want to serve you."
