I use to love going here but multiple times now we’ve ordered online for pick up and have had an absolutely terrible experience. If your not face to face they cannot be trusted to make your order correct. Last time I ordered a pollo asado quesadilla and it was missing a third of the quesadilla and had no meat. Just part of a tortilla and some cheese. Chipotle support makes it impossible to contact the store. They offer you a free meal through the support chat bot and that’s it. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I've been to a lot of Chipotle's and the food is always very high quality. But I could not even finish my burrito bowl here, I literally had to throw it away. The beans were crunchy and the guac was coagulated. Also, the pico was not done the way it is supposed to. If you're in the area just go to the one in Vestavia.

Came in tonight at 8pm, the restaurant is out of half of the side items, no ice for drinks in ice machine, place is a mess, trash on tables and beverage dispensers. The workers are very friendly but management is severely lacking. Still purchased food, but will choose another location next time we choose to eat Chipotle.

Dear corporate, Your employees are turning the food warmers off, an hour before close. They are selling customers cold food. The manager is either on vacation or checked out. Either way you need to get a babysitter over there stat! This was not the chipotle brand experience. Also, they ran out of guacamole which in my humble opinion means the store should close cus what is a cold chicken bowl without guacamole? BS....right. Do better

Rude Management. I'm a Chipotle addict and frequent this location about 2-3 times a week. I mostly place my orders online and for the most part they get them right and they are ready when I arrive. Today I placed an order to be picked up at 1:45pm. I got stuck picking up something at Dollar General so I was 30 minutes late to pick up my order. So imagine my surprise when I found out my order wasn't ready. The cashier Stephanie told me someone quit and she would explain to me why my order wasn't ready once she cleared out the line. After about 10 minutes she then said my order was given to another customer. It's really hard to believe that another customer got the same exact thing in their burrito and burrito bowl but I continued to wait. Finally she asked another guy on the line how to find my order since it had already been settled out. He showed her how to recall my order but still no one was making it. I asked to speak to Carlos the General Manager and he had the nastiest attitude I've ever encountered from a manager. He was also very nonchalant about the situation. Even after he came out my and I told him what was wrong my order still wasn't being made. He had to go down the line and tell them to make my order. I paid and got my food and went to car. But, I became angry at the way I was treated as a loyal customer. So I went back in and gave him my food and asked for a refund. I then went to the Hwy 280 location and they were very pleasant and the staff took great care of me.

Disappointment. We are used to fair portions, and friendly service. We were highly disappointed in both areas. The employees acted as if we were bothering them as they RUSHED us through (they were not that busy). The portions were extremely small and when we ate our food, it seems quite watery at the bottom of the bowls. We drove over twenty miles just to have a nice meal. We wont do it again, or at least not for a meal at chipotle.

Good for our community!. Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hoover, AL was so awesome about donating $500-worth of burritos to our Mudbowl Ultimate Frisbee Tournament this past weekend! Proceeds from the event benefited Pathways, a nonprofit that provides services to homeless women and children in Birmingham. Because of their generosity, more money that was raised can be used to help homeless families get back on their feet. And it was a perfect lunch for 100 hungry players who came out to support the cause! Thank you Chipotle!

Contemptible. You pathetic hipster yokels have no understanding of true Mexican cuisine. The decor is horrendously trendy and tacky. Doom refuses to dine here ever again. The food is terrible and left out, never fresh. Doom almost went into a fit of rage when he noticed that the hot sauce bar consisted of three different brands of Tabasco and nothing else, HAVE YOU PEASANTS NEVER HEARD OF CHOLULA!? The music is atrocious and at times leaves you wishing you were born without ears. When I inquired as to the name of a type of salsa I saw out, the glassy eyed female in front of me could only respond with, "its the medium sauce". This ignorance almost drove Doom to madness, I inquired again, "Okay, but what kind is it?" to which the now drooling sow responded with," It's our medium sauce." Insolent Wench! It is neither a sauce nor is it medium, medium is not used to describe things of taste you abhorrent hussy! If Doom were not busy battling that damn Reed Richards, He would focus all his efforts on reducing Chipotle to dust. Do not consider me sparing your lives as mercy, consider it luck you morons.

Steady. You can't go wrong with this place. Meats are all good and organic. I prefer the shredded beef and the bowls. Management is great but there are some below average workers, which does not make sense. Some staff are friendly, some with major attitude, and some give better portions. Not the kind of stuff I should be aware of when I walk in the door. I use the 280 joint multiple times weekly, so the food wins out.

Chipotle?. Clean tasting, fresh food in a flour tortilla. I do like the fact that they disclose the bacon in their pinto beans making Chipotle probably the only place (chain) where even a vegan can get a burrito. I like it but: I simply cannot get over the disappointment of not finding Chipotle at the Chipotle grill. (At Bob's BBQ you would expect BBQ wouldn't you? ) Once in a while I go back and yes they do offer now Tabasco "chipotle" but still no chipotles en adobon, chipotle raspberry sauce, Bufalo chipotle sauce, not even ground chipotle.
