Frontera Grill

No one smiles. Got sat at a dirty table. The waiter wouldn’t answer our questions. He actually made us very uncomfortable. The food literally had no taste. Bland. Waiter never came back to table. I needed a refill on water. Oh well. They were too busy standing around talking. Went to pay. Didn’t get a ticket. So I had to wait for the lady to go find the waiter. He came back and wrote the ticket, looking at menu for the prices. Only thing they said was $28.73. Seems like too much for two 10 dollar lunches and two waters, but I’ll never know be had in didn’t see a ticket. No one asked how it was, or if everything was okay. Nothing. I’ve been a restaurant manager for 30 years, and the one I manage now is basically down the street. I don’t usually ever leave bad reviews (you can fact check me on that if you want) I will tell all my customers about my experience here. Since these employees don’t want to hear it. I would be shocked if this restaurant is still in business by this time next year.

I eat here once a month for lunch in the dining room. I have no take out experience here. Food is the usual average to slightly above average for Tex Mex in this area. Service is usually fast at lunch time. Food has always been hot as well. Salsa is above average in my opinion. I will continue to dine here in the future.

Terrible customer service. The lady that took my daughter's order over the phone was rude when she tried to tell her about her food allergy. When she arrived to pick up her food she wanted to make sure that they knew about her allergy. The lady told her to either take the food or leave it. We will never visit this establishment again!! My daughter is only 16 years old and was trying or get some food while I was out of town. When I tried to speak to the lady while my daughter was there she would not even take the phone or listen to me over speaker phone. Absolutely unacceptable!

Frontera Grill is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants to visit. The food is very authentic and there is a large variety of food for adults or children. They do have happy hour for those who love a good margarita on the rocks or frozen. 😉 I have been eating at Frontera for over 10 years and not once have I been disappointed in a meal or a mixed drink order. If you love Mexican food that is authentic and always fresh...give them a try. You will not be disappointed. Side note...I am allergic to shell fish and therefore I have not had any of the meals with shrimp in them.
