Today was my first time ever eating at Zoe’s. I didn’t know what I wanted so I showed the cashier a picture I seen on a review and she knew what it was so that was a big help. The wait for my food was kind of long. I was the only person in the restaurant and it took about a good 15 minutes to get my food but that wasn’t a big deal today because I wasnt in a rush. I had my smaller child with me and we sat outside, talked and enjoyed the weather so I really wasn’t paying attention to the time although I thought It would came out faster. However when the young lady brought my food outside she was very sweet she even brought me napkins and silverware. The portion of my food was great and it actually tasted better than it looked. It was worth 13$ I couldn’t even eat all of it. Thanks for a smooth 1st experience at Zoe’s.

The quality of the food has declined recently. My last salmon pita came with hardly any salmon and they forgot the cabbage slaw. The picture is what I got after i tore the paper.

This is by far the worst Zoe's in the Birmingham area. Period. The service is horrible. I ordered my wife the Chicken Salad & Fruit Plate and informed the my wife is severely allergic to apples to please not include apples in the order, then I ordered myself the Chicken Salad Sandwich and a side of Fruit and asked them to also keep the apples out as the fruit side was also for my wife. And the ONLY FRUIT that came with either was APPLES!! Hers had maybe 3 grapes and one piece of pineapple and mine was all APPLES and maybe 4 grapes. Pics are included below. And we order this to go as we had been at the Galleria shopping all day and wanted to get home and relax and eat dinner. And once we got home and discovered this tragically epic disregard of ones allergies and request I immediately called Zoe's only to be told we have no idea who would have done that and there is no manager here to assist you. We saved both dishes and plan to return them both in the AM to the manager.

The new Mediterranean Trio Salad Bowl is excellent. Great service and extra clean inside.

Incredibly slow service. Understandable that the food is fresh but a 30 minute wait for two entrees is uncalled for. Our hummus appetizer was also not served prior to our entree. We’ve been loyal customers to Zoe’s and typically favor it over Tazikis, but this will be our last time here. Side ore we also brought our 12 month old because we would be able to get in and out.

We are vegetarian and travel constantly with our work. I have come to love and rely on Zoe’s Kitchen because their food is always fresh and delicious and fits our diet. They also have so many options for vegetarians. It’s become my go to chain for food away from home. I was really disappointed with this location. We popped in tonight after a long drive. The lettuce was wilted. Our cucumbers had been left out too long. Our falafel was stale and dry. The food was all served on paper plates with plastic utensils - that is a first for us with this chain. I wondered if the people working were just prepping ahead to get off work early. We came in 1-1/2 hours before closing but that food was terrible. So sad.

Ate there because they're sharing 20% of all purchases to help a family who suddenly & tragically lost their husband and father. It was my first visit. Best chicken & Greek salad I've ever experienced from what I thought was just another fast food chain. I'll go back 100+times. Bountiful servings, fast service but not rushed! I don't normally spend $10 for lunch but then I did have leftovers. Plus it was for a great cause.
