Applebee's

The pretzel and cheese appetizer is ridiculously good. They also have a 2 for $ deal which includes an app and 2 entrees. We did the whisky bacon burgers which were very good. Also a fan of the cheesy pasta with honey chicken. Consistent quality between locations. The staff in Hooksett were all very nice.

Four generations of my family went to supper here this afternoon. The waitress was great dealing with seven adults and three children (keeping us supplied in napkins without having to ask). We all enjoyed ourselves and overall everyone appeared to be satisfied with their food (although it was a bit of a wait for the children since they has to wait for the adults food to be ready, but they handled it without too much complaint). The only downfall for myself was that my burger was on the cool side, but my fries were hot (it would have been worse if it was the other way around). It was understandable though since we were a large group.

The service was a 3 but I loved the waitress she was very sweet and kind which made me bump it up to a 5. Took a while to get the check at the end and it took a while to bring food over at my table. Speaking of the food my steak was kinda tough but it tasted decent. The mashed potatoes were great, the Mac and cheese not so much it wasn't even macaroni pasta. The atmosphere was bland not a lot of people were there, it felt like we were the only ones in the building. There was gunk on my knife upon receiving it but the kind waitress fixed that and brought me a new set. I didn't expect great things it's Applebee's and I went on a Monday night. I was not expecting to be blown out of the water. Moreover not a lot of people were working cause it's Monday so that was probably the reason it took a while for the service, but I understand that. But when we did have service the waitress was great! Maybe I'll come back on a weekend and see what it's like that's when restaurants are at their peak. Overall decent place kinda expected it 3/5 :)

Food is franchise food. Tasted okay. Ordered pomegranate lemonade and it came in a large glass. Excellent! Service was slow. Server was friendly and apologized for the slow service. You can pay your bill at the table without waiting for your server. Update: Saturday afternoon, December 2021; You can purchase gift 🎁 cards at the bar 🍻.
