Initially ordered strawberry crepes, but they were disappointing – soggy and lacking crunch. The lava flow smoothie was okay but a bit too sweet. However, the customer service was excellent. Update: A recent visit to IHOP, served by waitress Samantha, changed my perception entirely. She was exceptional, caring, and went above and beyond. She recommended a Creamy Coffee, which I loved, and I also ordered a steak omelette with pancakes. Completely satisfied with the food, the drink, and Samantha's awesome service. Changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars.

Ihop does not take reservations. They said "just walk in" when we called. So 9 of us "walked in" and to my amazement we were seated in 5-10 minutes! The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and patient as 4 of the people in our party had never been there before. The food was great and priced comparable to other similar restaurants in the area. Free parking and clean facilities made the experience even better.

Great breakfast!!! I'm loving the pecan maple syrup!!! I had the split decision plate... comes with 2 pancakes and 1 huge french toast, 2 eggs and bacon. OMG so delicious!!! My sister got the loco moco. Couldn't believe we ate it all! Friendly staff too! Loved the positive quotes on the walls !

Everything was nice, the food the girl service etc the only thing that surprised me is the girl just yell from one place to another. I was coming in and the girl yell how many I was just kinda confused. But then I noticed they all do it. When costumers come in from across the restaurant. Maybe that's how they do it here. Food is mediocre. Pancakes always come out falling apart like they didn't use enough batter. Prices went up big time for the small plates you get. It's so busy that the server doesn't really come around to ask you if you need anything. Very sad but they know they are the only place that serves breakfast. UPDATE:: ok, we tried this again, and i now need to update you all. This place has hired 9 new people and the staff are on it. Food was better than the last time I wrote this. Pua, our server was on it more than ever. She checked on us numerous times and made us feel good about our dine in experience. She was tentative and also spoke to the manager, who is great. I never had the issue with the management it was when she is not there it goes downhill. New cooks, so the food was way better than prior experiences. Pancakes were cooked to lerfection NO SOGGY in the middle. I ordered the breakfast sampler which i substituted the ham for more bacon and it was great. So far until they get the workers out of training this location is open on friday,saturdays til 12am only then they are looking at extending hours to 24 hrs.

Fairly quick service; they accidentally put ham instead of bacon on my eggs Benedict but replaced it without question within 3 minutes so points for that! Especially since they were extremely busy that day (Veterans Day). Server was nice.

As we pulled in the lot, we thought we'd have to wait for a table. Surprise, this place had more than enough seats. The staff was friendly and seated us immediately. The food was good, hot, and plentiful. The coffee never stopped. They allowed us to sit for some time after eating, as our flight not due for several more hours.

We had dropped in for a late night snack. Food was good. Service was excellent. Our server Brandy, was all alone handling the whole restaurant by herself. And she did a fabulous job. Will definitely visit again. IHOP!!!

The server got us in right away on a table for six. Great options! The children were delighted with the pancakes crowned with whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles on them. The menu for my selection said one egg but they gave me two, the toast was just right, not burnt. The strawberry banana pancakes were yummy. The bacon burger looked just like the picture of it. Generous portions. Outstanding for family dining! Recommend highly!

Excellent food, worth a wait. Staff was friendly but a bit short handed because nobody wants to work. Be patient, the food is well made in the end.

The food was ok. I did order a sandwich so that's probably my fault. Lol. But everything else from the drinks to the service and even the space was really nice. I didn't get the name of our server but she was really sweet. We got free pancakes because we got our food late but the wait wasn't actually that bad. Great place to grab a quick bite before takeoff 🛫✈️

Great Place!! Pancakes and Sausage and Breakfast foods are Always Delicious! Fast, Friendly waitresses and Great service! Highly Recommend! Go have a nice relaxing sit down meal! Burgers and other foods available also, if you don't want to have Breakfast foods! IHOP is Awesome!

Very friendly, good service and tasty pancakes. I think I was lucky because when I ate, there weren't a lot of customers. (just after the breakfast rush) They have signs everywhere for service help and it looks like they need people because my waitress was doing the job of 3 people!!!!

Had breakfast at 10am on a Sunday, we were seated immediately. The table, chairs and floor were clean! Service was quick to take our order and bring our food out. Food was delicious; country fried was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Its been quite awhile since we had Ihop. We used to go to the one in Windward Mall in Kaneohe but ever since they closed i have not been to another Ihop. Also, up until now, its always been breakfast. Today we had the lunch menu as our dinner. I had the BBQ mac melt with fries. The Melt was really good and the mac and cheese was gooey and melty. Im also glad the macaroni wasn’t mushy. Just right. There wasn’t a strong BBQ flavor with tons of sauce, it was very very faint which is good because although i really love BBQ sauce, tons of it on mac and cheese isn’t great at all. Plus, you don’t want to take away from the shredded pork flavor either. Served on a nice, perfectly toasted sourdough bread with just enough butter so it wasn’t too greasy. I chose the fries to accompany it, so it came with a light handful. The other order was the Mega Monster Cheeseburger 🍔 which i was told was very good as well. I believe its double angus beef patties on that burger. So if you like a good melt or cheeseburger try here if you haven’t had one here yet 😉👍
