The counter guy Clark is really nice and efficient! He makes going to this Zippy's a pleasure. There are several curbside service parking spaces, which are in the rear of the restaurant off of Puuhale. Every time I go in they are cleaning, which makes me very confident on the quality of food from this place.

The Workers are absolutely the best and always so Patient. There's a young boy there named Russo I think, a mellow old soul with a heart of gold and always smiling... 😀

Store trainer Ronald hands down sold me on being a follow up customer. This was my first time going to zippys (I am a white sergeant of Marines newly stationed on island). I was treated with nothing but kindness, hospitality, and knowledge of the culture going into the cuisine. Ronald walked me through the menu and highlighted meanings of the items culturally and still kept the meal for my family affordable. Despite being non-local I was treated like family and around here lately it's been anything but. I will be returning religiously to zippys as a customer. Food and presentation was incredible, customer service was remarkable, this is anything but fast food!

This location is wonderful it’s a 5 star Zippys restaurant all the Staff is Spontaneously Terrific with good Customer Service and the Employees take initiative to a fast pace to get your Food ready, the place is also clean and the Food is Spectacular Delicious….❤️❤️❤️

Curbside pickup is available at the Kalihi location, very convenient. Use their app, after parking let them know through the app that you're there, along with your parking spot number. You can even send them a last minute message at that time, such as asking for utensils or extra napkins.

This Zippy's I highly recommend this to anyone who has a desire for Korean chicken salad or cakes. Or oxtail soup, Zippy's is the best for your trip, prices are very fair especially if you don't have anything expensive in mind for food.

Fried chicken and spaghetti plate from Zippy's was great! The go-to meal should be the Korean chicken plate though.

Zippy's is a local fast food restaurant. I have never been to a zippy's restaurant before, I've just heard how much better it is than other fast food places. After hearing so many great things about it, I just had to try it out. This is a very clean and spacious restaurant. Everything is not in your face like other fast food places, and you don't have to be wondering where things are either. I joined in into the line, and it must have been like a 6 minute wait before it was my turn. I ordered the teriyaki burger, which came with a side of fries and a drink. This teriyaki burger was so good and the fries were also very good. People are right. This restaurant is way better than most fast food restaurants and is also more affordable than some of the other fast food restaurants. Will definitely be coming back, sorry McDonald's.

Preface by saying we visited at a bad/busy time (12:30pm on a Monday). The line to order was long & moved slowly. The wait time after ordering was long. And when I finally received my ZipPack, the fried chicken skin was over fried/tough, and the chicken meat was dried out.

Indoor dining was closed and it was pretty crowded around 1pm so we went back to the car to order online. That turned out to be a great decision since it only took 15 minutes for our order to be ready. Everything we got was better than expected. We've been to Zippy's in the past but expected standard fast food fare. With the exception of wishing there was a little more gravy with my loco moco, we were very pleased with the fried noodles, Korean chicken and Sea Pac. It definitely required a lighter dinner with veggies to balance out the heavy food but it was worth it!

I ordered mini spaghetti I've never order in months I finally got it 4 years old child portion and garlic bread 1/8 thick for $6.00 not worth buying fell disgusted with portion and the garlic bread thickness zippy's never was like this now day I feel they are ripping off the consumers.

Unfortunately, Zippy's changed the Orange Bang and Lilikoi drinks. I got the Lilikoi yesterday and it was very watered down and tasted more like a Lilikoi flavored Tea. Blech!!
Soooooo... everything except for the drinks is GREAT IMHO. =D
