Fast service. Fairly hot food. They were patient with us as we ordered.
Drink area was clean. No condiments out but they had already provided along with napkins. Glad to try the McRib this year. Thank you
Service is always spot on. More convenient now that you can you your app at drive thru. The only draw back is you have to pick your time of day wisely. They are so busy and the line can extend out onto Beretania during their peak hours. I would suggest going off peak or walking inside to expedite your experience.

Always fast and friendly and just what I wanted but the straw why not give it to me with my drink? Why put it in the bag because 1/10 they forget to put it in their. Cmon!

Ordered the Local Deluxe Platter with Spam, Portuguese sausage, egg, and rice. All items were hot, fresh, and great tasting!
The drive-thru was busy at the time but run very efficiently. I had my food within 10-15 seconds after placing order at the big screen.
I’ll miss the Local Deluxe Platter when I head back to the mainland :(
Ordered mobile on-line came and went in 3 minutes.. bravo McDonald's morning staff.. cold coffee great flavor. Hot coffee was even Better..

Overall this McDonald's location has improved considerably over the past 2 months with employee changes overall cleaning and Access to bathrooms. Note: Chick-fil-A's new take out And drive thru only Restaurant is now open for business.
Had the deluxe breakfast and it was delicious. This was much better than the one I went to in Waikiki as their rice was mushier. I ordered inside at the kiosk and it was simple and quick.
I only do fast food every 3 months or so. Home food grinder. + have to talk slow for the employees to understand
