Pizza Hut

Its pizza hut. This place is a pizza hut and taco bell combo place. Nice indoor seating to eat you food. The workers here seemed nice and cool people. Also has a drive thru but i think its only for taco bell. Food is what you expect from pizza hut. Like to get my pizza well done because i like my pizza crunchy. Check this place out.

Not for the food but for the service. Fiance lives in another state and had ordered me food from here as a surprise. Driver had called and asked for directions he came brought receipt i signed for it and he had an attitude when i handed it back, he shook his head and left. Ill go back to domino's they are always nice. Pizza was well prepared though so 1 star to ur pizza person. They did great but the attitudes ruined a good deed from someone trying to do something nice for me.

Pizza Hut on Beretania was very good. Person taking the order was pleasant. Pizza was good for 10.99. I thought it was a great deal. Only thing I didn't like was the don't have the Chili Peppers in a pack like they used to. But no problem oh, I just paid a dollar for that little Shaker that they have.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, the cashier (older lady w/ glasses) did not even greet me, had a sassy attitude when helping me. second, they cooked cheese bread instead of cheese sticks, which were burnt so I had them re-make. Once again attitude from the cashier. I made the mistake of not checking my pizza while I was in the store. I get home and my pizza taste like it’s been sitting all day, very stale. I call them and the manager(who I’m pretty sure was the cashier) is like well we’ll remake it if you bring the pizza back, mind you it’s past 10pm I just got off of work, like I’m not about to drive 20 minutes back to your store, she’s like well we can’t refund you but we can give you a credit, as if I was gonna go back. DO NOT GO HERE.

Parking was a little tight. It was busy around 8pm. The seats were clean inside. The food was delicious. Despite the busy atmosphere, our food came out quickly. The drinks are self serve and free refills. Did not use the bathroom but they were available. The drive through was nuts. We've used the drive through before and it moved quickly. Overall a great place to eat.

Ordered two pasta dishes and some chicken wings at 7:45 at night on a Sunday. Online did show a 65 min wait however we waited a total of 2.5 hours! Called 3 times to check in. First time was at the 1.5 hour mark. Store said the driver was in route. Lie. Called at the 2 hour mark. Store said the driver was 7 minutes away. Lie (they hadnt event left). We are only 1.3 miles away from the store. Called at the 2.20 hr mark and for the 2nd time requested a call from the manager. Its now Wednesday and no call. At any time they could have called and advised how busy they were and allowed US to decide whether or not to keep the order. The store manager clearly does not care about service or his/her customers. Many other pizza options I would stay away from this store.

I went here to order what was to have been a ten dollar pizza advertised on tv and found out that they do not participate in the promotion. If I wanted to order the ten dollar pizza I would have to cough up about double that which I did because I was already there. I would have ended up wasting money on gas. They should make a law that requires businesses to post a big sign that says that they do not participate in a national ad or something. To sum it up the pizza was definitely not worth the almost twenty bucks I paid for it. Next time I won't be visiting this restaurant. Funny how the local version of this franchise makes it sound like the pizza is a deal. No, it isn't. You're basically paying for a flat bread with tomato sauce, cheese and some meats. And the slices of the meats are so small. You'd think that the meats cost a fortune to them.

We used to order our pizza delivery from the Beretania Pizza Hut. We ordered quite often actually, and it was always the same order. Yet we almost never got what we ordered. In my last three attempts to order delivery from the Beretania Pizza Hut I did not get what I ordered. The first time this happened I had ordered two personal pan pizzas - one cheese and one pepperoni- and an order of cheese sticks ... simple. Instead, what I received was two cheese personal pan pizzas and an order of cinnamon sticks. Not even close Beretania Pizza Hut. Just tonight, we ordered two personal pan pizzas - like usual, one cheese and one pepperoni, and then one order of cheese sticks and one order of cinnamon sticks. However, unfortunately, as the trend has become, our ordered was delivered and it was wrong, again. Tonight I received a whole other order of breadsticks that I did not need and did not receive the cinnamon sticks that I actually had ordered. At this point, I'm very peeved. It's not that difficult to complete the same order I put in with literally 3, maybe 4, items. I called the main hotline I guess, 643-1111, and the guy who answered asked if I wanted store credit or to be reimbursed. I really want to be reimbursed, because there is no way I can guarantee that my order will be correct if I take the store credit. So the guy on the hotline asked if I could hold on while he called the manager at the Beretania Pizza Hut, and I did. Then he came back on the phone and told me that he spoke to the manager and he would call me back in 10-15 minutes ... Well I've been waiting for 45 minutes at this point. Enough time for me to express my distaste for Beretania Pizza Hut delivery. Just remember if you order delivery from this pizza hut, the Beretania Pizza Hut, then check your entire order BEFORE the driver leaves. There's no guarantee your very simple order will be correct. By the way, if a zero rating was possible, that would have been my ultimate rating.
