No seating inside shop, but small tables in the main, small mall, a large, family-style shared table in center of mall, and multiple outdoor spaces and benches to have a sip and chat.

Down a star because this franchise (part of the national chain) in Hawai'i doesn't participate in any of the app promotions, gift cards, or points for the company's app. Don't know why. If they did, would up it a star.
good coffee! a lot of coffee bean and teas add a lot of ice to their iced drinks so be careful and ask for “low ice” if you prefer to have more drink than water in your cup!
Store is clean, organized, and staff was super friendly. Our barista was especially helpful and really went above and beyond re: customer service.
Located in the open-atmosphere South Shore Market, this a clean and modernly designed cafe. As the name implies, coffee and tea are served, along with baked goods. Compared to Starbucks, CBTL tend to be on the sweeter side.

- It's an open ceiling + entrance cafe, so sound is medium level (I personally like it)
Good food and atmosphere. Free wi-fi with no password necessary. The tea is a little too bold for my tastes. Chocolate scone and Caesar chicken rollup are tasty.
The barista was very kind and welcoming. Coffee and a smiling face always helps jumpstart the day. Quick and tasteful coffee!
