Beautiful building that is close to everything! The amazing staff and security keep the building clean and safe. Super friendly residents. We love the huge hottub and pool. My team and I have an active listing in the building - and are still in disbelief over the amazing amenities. There is a bowling alley, full gym, an oversized hot tub, dry sauna, koi ponds surrounding the BBQ area, and a place to practice your golf swing. Ample guest parking & the location…I just l

They allow people to smoke inside the unit. If you happen to rent the units near the BBQ area where people have parties, it's pretty noisy and you can smell the smoke in the unit as well. The janitors push the trash/cleaning cans on the stone path which make LOUD noises and can even be heard after c
