Beautiful building that is close to everything!
The amazing staff and security keep the building clean and safe. Super friendly residents.
We love the huge hottub and pool. There is a great gym with a basketball court. They have well maintained grills, tennis court, golf practice space, and koi fish pond on the 8th floor.
We enjoy having safe, covered off-street parking and guest parking. We have stunning sunset views from our condo and ac in the unit.
I highly recommend living here!
My team and I have an active listing in the building - and are still in disbelief over the amazing amenities. There is a bowling alley, full gym, an oversized hot tub, dry sauna, koi ponds surrounding the BBQ area, and a place to practice your golf swing. Ample guest parking & the location…I just love this building.
We helped renovate and the management team was very helpful and accommodating.
They allow people to smoke inside the unit. If you happen to rent the units near the BBQ area where people have parties, it's pretty noisy and you can smell the smoke in the unit as well. The janitors push the trash/cleaning cans on the stone path which make LOUD noises and can even be heard after closing the glass doors. I was not informed that there are extra mail boxes in the parking garage on the ground floor, not in the mailroom area. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. Staffs are friendly and working hard.
This lux. condo in downtown Honolulu, has a lot of parking if you drive, if you don't,then not a problem either, The Bus, runs in right in front of the building,only a few steps away
Occasionally visit a friend here. Nice place, wish I had an apartment here. Love the 8th floor koi pond.
Beautiful and great place to live saddening Covid stopped us from using amenities!
Couldn't agree more. Security is tight but would rather have that than than staff who could care less.
