I love me some miso ramen! Also I love me some butter and corn inside my ramen! So this was my first choice in the noodle alley. Walked right in and got seated right away. I ordered the miso butter corn ramen $18 and my wife ordered the shio ramen, we also ordered some side like goyza $7 and potato croquette I think it was like $8 or $9? Honestly the ramen was good but a little pricey and the croquette was okay just like the gyoza. I can’t really expect japan quality but I would go back again. Also service was really good they kept on filling my water and asking if everything was good.

I am glad we got to try Baikokhen Ramen today! There was a line for a bit, but luckily we didn't have to wait super long for a party size of 2. I am not a huge fan of ramen unless it is done well. The Hokkaido Ramen here is simple & tasty without being overly salty or heavy. The prices are fair. I do wish they offered thicker or better quality chopsticks to go along with the meal but it's not a huge deal. We shared the Hokkaido croquette & zangi (chicken) which is were served nice & hot. I see why they were Michelin rated at one point. Very decent meal! Give it a try, I would definitely revisit.

Lots of ramen restaurants to choose from in Waikiki and we decided to try Baikokhen Ramen. Didn’t disappoint. The broth was on point, noodles not too thick or too thin and exactly what a good bowl of ramen should be. Char siu had very good flavour with decent fat to meat ratio. Definitely a goto place for ramen.

Lovely little ramen restaurant and very pleasant service. The noodles were yummy, the broth very tasty, the restaurant was very clean. I always notice the shoyu and salt & pepper shakers if they are smudgy... they were not. Very nice. I also liked the fake cherry blossom tree they have in the middle of the oval table. It creates a pleasant atmosphere. Really enjoyed it!

This is great ramen place. Try out if you love ramen. This ramen is special from Hokkaido Japan. We didn’t do reservations. Not sure if the place does reservations. We reached the restaurant for dinner around 6pm and the wait was about 30mins. We did not bother waiting. The wait was worth the ramen we had . Thank you

One of the best ramen I’ve had!! Tucked away at the stix Asia food court, this vendor offers fresh and good quality Japanese food. Went back a second time and had takeaway instead and portions were just as big!

Having a ramen dinner inside the Stix Asia. There is one big circular table where diners would share with others, there are several tables for two or individuals at the counter. The broth is flavory and tastety. Other side dishes are also good. Pairing a steamy bowl of ramen with a bottle of cold beer gives a satisfactory feeling.

The BEST ramen place I've ever tried in my whole life. I got the spicy miso ramen, fried chicken, and gyoza. The ramen was perfectly spiced, super flavorful, and the meat was falling apart. It was SOOOOOO good! Perfect amount of food too. The chicken must've must've the BEST chicken I've ever eaten, and I'm not exaggerating. When I come back to Hawaii, I am 100% going to visit this place again because you will not be disappointed. Best meal ever!

Good place, good food with big portions. It was not extraordinary to be remembered but if you want to grab something fast and you do not want to bother with a reservatipn, it is a good place to come. A bit crowded, not so much space so it feels slightly cramped when you sit.
