During our vacation in Oahu we stayed at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, which was located directly in front of Waikiki Beach and all the shops. The resort was very big and had three restaurants for guests to enjoy during their stay. Situated on the 3rd floor of the hotel was Swim, a poolside bar and lounge that offered live music, refreshing cocktails and classic American dishes.
Food was tasty! Staff accommodating! My mom is a very picky dinner, so I requested a classic BLT for her. The request was accommodated by the kitchen and my mom was delighted! Thank you Hyatt Waikiki culinary and wait staff!!!!
This place is a slice of American paradise, just kidding. But for real, it has a great view, great staff running the bar and food, nice pool and hot tub. They even have potentially for purchase bungalows for sunset dinners and wine 😍🥰
Great food and service from Jason! Tropical drinks were delicious but not heavily poured. We watched football and had a beautiful view of the beach
Well besides the Hotel been real Nice in this bar is the swimming pool and Gentlemen Dalton, him and the crew were really humble they made us feel really good and wanting to come back. Thank you Dalton and Hyatt for this Amazing vacations and taking care of customers and try their Pizza 👍
I got the garlic ahi plate w French fries and the superfood smoothie. It was all delish and the fries were crunchy and sooo good. Great to hangout by the pool. Amazing service by Danny.
We ate here a couple of times while in town. Always great food and friendly service. We tried quite a few items...
Try the club...it is amazing. Fresh, fluffy bread toasted. Bacon and fresh lettuce and tomatoes. It is delicious.
The fish tacos are also great. Good chunk of fresh, grilled fish. Great slaw. The pork tacos are great too.
The prime rib was great. Huge portion. Great meat. Yummy potatoes and beans.
Their poke two ways was delicious! Loved the fresh fish and yummy flavors. Great avocado.
The mai thais we're the best we had while in Hawaii. The bartender was great and very attentive and helpful. The pina coladas are also good.
This pool bar is part of the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. The restaurant has great views of the beach as it is on the 3rd floor of the hotel on the other side of the street from the beach. There is a variety of seating. The menu has a decent amount of food and drink options. They have live music here quite often, and sometimes a DJ on the weekends. The prices are going to be in line with other prices of drinks in the area so be prepared for that. If you are staying at the hotel you can charge to your room if you prefer that. We came here a few times during our stay as it was very convenient to pop down and hang out with a good atmosphere. We liked watching the sunset from here as well. Our only complaint is that we wish they were open later as they close at 10pm, with last call being around 9:45pm.
I had to go to two seminars at the Hyatt. I was so glad that I found this place for lunch. First of all, my waitress was amazing. I was thankful that she was the one that served my food. I wished I got her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves. She is a local lady and works during lunch around 12:30. She made sure I got my food right away and I wasn't late going back to the seminar. Next, the food was delicious. I wish I took a picture of my scrumptious burger. The meat was well seasoned. I also got the Kalua pork flat beard... Wow wow wow. Really delicious! I don't like pineapple on my food, BUT this was perfect. I'm bringing my family here during lunch when I have a staycation in Waikiki. Here is another plus... You get a Kamaaina discount. I'm looking forward to another seminar so I can eat here again. Don't hesitate to eat here and ask for the Kamaaina discount.
Pizza with shrimps is very tasty and tender. And a great view of the ocean 👌
My husband had the garlic shrimp pizza and I had a burger and fries. It was nice to be able to overlook the ocean and eat. The wait staff were friendly.
Good food, ok service but definitely high priced .
