It felt a little like "home", or more specifically Japan. Not being from Japan, but having spent a good chunk of time there Curry is one of those things that isn't done right stateside basically ever. This was an exception. It filled a strong craving and was exceptionally good. Now I need to make another trip to Japan for the last missing meal, unagi bowls!

I had the steak curry with cheese. It was incredibly delicious! The staff were super polite, and the food was amazing. It's a bit hidden near one of the entrances, so it's not the easiest to notice, but I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Japanese curry.

Great Curry. We really enjoyed adding cheese to the sauce 🤯 mind blowing good! Sauce was very flavorful, cheese melted and incorporated well into the curry, the pork was very fresh and tasty AND crunchy! Yum yum. Will be back for sure.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Found this place by accident became a favorite after the first bite. Great prices, fast service and friendly servers. Visited here twice in 6 days and both times fantastic! Don't miss out!

I walked all over the place to find curry. As it’s my ultimate favorite. There was a place upstairs in the Rota Hawaiian shopping center. But I saw this Japanese walk through food center and I had to come over. I had the chicken Katsu meal. There was a bit of not softness to the meat. You know when you need a knife? The flavor of the curry was a tiny bit darker deeper In color. But flavor was 4 out of 5 for me. I am Asian. I also grew up in Okinawa Japan and I have eaten curry all over the world. So, I’m a bit picky. The plate was full. I wish I could have taken half the portion with me. But since I’m beach bound I had to finish my plate. And even though the chicken want as soft as I like to bite through. The flavor was so good I finished my entire plate. Yum!! The other concept of the eating dishes here is really neat. I recommend trying it out. You’ll see when I get here. Thank you for a military discount. That means a lot to me. It made me immediately open this app and leave a review. Don’t forget. Bring your water bottle where ever you go here and don’t waste your water. Fill your water bottle instead. And be sure to use reef friendly sun tan lotion.

Very good Pork Katsu Curry. The pork was very juicy and the curry tasted like it had a lot of spices. They also have a Kamaaina discount too for Hawaii residents. But do expect Waikiki prices from this place though.
