Over the years, this Jack in the Box, has improved. The staff and management are AWESOME. You order, a minute or two later, your food is ready. The manager is absolutely wonderful as well as her staff. Of all the Jack in the Box in Hawaii, I will always pick this one. I love how they know my order when I enter the restaurant.

The restaurant was clean. The service was fast and friendly. My food was hot and tasted freshly made. The fries were definitely just out of the fryer. Plenty of sauce in the sandwich. Would go again.

Came here for breakfast and got their Portuguese Sausage Platter. Not sure what brand of sausage they use, but it's great! A bit oily, but sure is tasty, wish they gave more than 4 slices! The scrambled eggs are good, but then again it's hard to go wrong with scrambled eggs. The rice is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it is cooked perfectly, sometimes it is a bit on the hard/dry side. Overall it is my go to breakfast platter.

Hey it's JITB! What can say? This JITB (downtown) still has no inside seating, so the searing outside is super odd!!! The chairs don't match the tables... I mean the chairs are too low... literally my shoulders were level with the top of the table. But other that the food was good and the service was great 👍

Prompt service, friendly staff, clean area. There is quite a bit of outside tables and chairs to sit and eat. Lunch time is usually busy, as expected. Great place for lunch!

It was great. Crews were very attentive to customers and order details. Using the app is such a joy. By the time I'm there, the order is pretty much ready or almost ready.

I almost always do mobile order and they get my food done before I arrive. They have a really good presentation with their burgers (they put it together really well and it's not gooey or falling apart or super greasy). I like using the mobile app because of the good deals. I hope they are able to stay afloat despite the pandemic.
