Fantastic sichuan fare. Super authentic and spicy. Sad it'll be closing next week. If you get the chance visit.

If you love spicy food, you'd love this place! Everything I've tasted was very authentic and delicious. I was amazed by the level of spice 'cause I haven't been anywhere else that tasted the same. The portions were on the smaller side but the prices are reasonable enough for the quality of the food.

So much depth to the flavors. The chicken wings are my absolute favorite! It's a delicious blend of salt, pepper, and spices. The wings are crispy on the outside and hot and juicy inside. The beef pancake was good, liked the peanut sauce which had a soft kick to it. The beef mapo tofu was also great. Order a soymilk to douse the spiciness in your mouth.

My friends love this place. And the food is good, but for certain dishes you have to like the spicy peppercorn sensation. Otherwise the food is tasty. BYOB. Menu is large. Would go again.

Fantastic! Arrived just before 3 pm closing on Sunday afternoon. Thanked us profusely for coming. Had Diced Chicken with Peppers (#23), Yellow Fish (#10) and Lotus Root. Heavenly. Spicy available 1-5. Owner split chicken ½ at 5 and ½ at 3 just for us. Hot Jasmine tea was divine. Hot and Sour soup made fresh with special request was perfect. Would eat there everyday.

This clean, authentic restaurant in the Chinatown Cultural Plaza was exactly what we were looking for for home-style dishes like stone pot tofu and fish, beef wrapped in scallion pancake, and garlic eggplant with ground pork. We ordered "medium spicy" and still picked out a ton of chili peppers! It was good, but pretty spicy! Rice is charged extra, and we needed some to balance the heat!

A humble little spot with very friendly service. Dishes were spicy as promised by the name. These were unique, not the usual mainland American Chinese preparations. Seemed like very quality ingredients and served simply. We had four entrees which varied in flavor from good to very good. We ordered spice level 4 out of 5 and it was face-sweating but not out of control, for a guy who likes spicy. I would probably return.

Always delicious food served hot & fast, in a friendly, cozy environment! Lots of flavor is packed in every dish. The ultimate plus has been for us that each time we've ordered a spicy meat bowl, the remaining spices/juices are taken to go, serving as great seconds in other home-cooked dishes throughout the week! Easily one of our favorite places to eat in Chinatown.

I was a little scared that the food was going to be too spicy for my taste but it was delicious!!! I was able to handle their medium spicy fried noodles and Shichuan style wontons! We loved all of the foods we ordered. They also serve a complementary appetizer of peanuts cooked in oil, daikon and carrot salad and boiled seaweed salad. It's a nice, cozy and quiet place for families to eat. I'd love to come back and try their other dishes.
