Very friendly and helpful staff. Chef was amazing, both in cooking and in educating us on each dish. All food was incredible, we had garlic fried rice, garlic shrimp, okonomiyaki, crispy gyoza. Highly recommend all of these dishes! Atmosphere was chill and welcoming, even tho small. Parked across street and BOH garage. We will be back for sure. Mahalos for the great experience!
We eat the Tepanyaki, the Chef was amazing, we had the honor to be served by the second in command in the restaurant. We have a very nice time and he also gave us recommendations for things to try in Japan.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lot the delicacy he had when preparing the dishes. What a wonderful way of doing things and very tasteful flavor ❤️🔥
The service and atmosphere was great and the lady who attended us was so kind, she gave us good recommendations.
You definitely are going to love the tea afterwards.
Attentive staff, prompt service, good okonomiyaki. Went during dinner time on a Friday evening but we were seated promptly. Staff were quick to take our orders. Atmosphere of the place is nothing too welcoming but not too bad either. Cold pitcher of Sapporo paired perfectly with the okonomiyaki.
Really great food and service. Both Hiroshima and Osaka styles of okonomiyaki. It's nice to watch the chef cook in front of you without the unnecessary flips and tricks. I'll definitely visit again on my next visit.
The Korean salad was super light and crunchy! The piña colada was creamy and sweet. The ahi tuna came with a light dipping sauce. The assorted seafood was perfectly grilled. The miso soup was ok. The perfect dinner of you want some seafood and salad!
Finally got to try okonomiyaki, and this place did not dissapoint. Solid teppanyaki-style table-top prep and service, and more options than I could try in one sitting. Surprisingly rich foods and flavors. Small cozy space, feels like a hidden gem, but busy enough that you know it's no secret!
Fantastic okonomiyaki...felt like being back in Osaka. Served fresh and hot. Didn't have the teppanyaki but it looked tasty!
Garlic shrimp had good flavor and taste. The Okonomiyaki was fine - normal level among what I have had before. The special pineapple and lychee juice was kind of sweet. Needs reservation for dine-in. The counter seats were specially served with the chef cooking right in front of you, but those seats were hard to get reservations.
I am not much of a wasabi person, but the Furikake Ahi with Wasabi Mayonnaise was great. It was not spicy much, but had just the right amount of wasabi. I recommend trying it. I would definitely get that again. The Yakisoba "Chibo" was not bad either. The salad dressing was also great. Waitress was nice.
The food was excellent!!! Every dish we had was outstanding. Oknomiyaki was light and fluffy, garlic fried rice is a must order, and the garlic shrimp was filled with umami. Chef was super nice, we wrapped with a slice of Japanese sponge cheesecake. Yum. If you don't need all the Teppanaki show stuff, come here instead.
