Hotel staff are amazing! The room was good. King suite. The bathroom was a weird setup but still fully functional. The fan didn’t work that well but it wasn’t terrible. The reception was fun. A nice spread and good drinks. Nice people. 10 min walk to beach through a beautiful park. Pool is small but felt great and is pretty. Pet friendly. No real complaints that would warrant anything less than 5 stars. Would stay here again!

I think they're still renovating but is not too noisy, my stay. They're constructing a building next door and surprisingly it wasn't noisy from that. The pool is quaint. Drinks are lovely. Food is good. People were friendly. I posted food and drink and view photos. The Honolulu Marathon was taking place.

This hotel had a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not the nicest but for the price, it was good. If you do not plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t mind tiny pillows and not the best shower, then I would recommend this hotel to save money.

You get great value with this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. The front desk receptionist Dalton was extremely attentive to our needs. We had a minor issue, and he went above and beyond to solve our problem. The parking attendant Miles was very helpful in terms of recommending places nearby. We had some questions where he did not have the answers. To our surprise, he did his research and provided us with the answers the next day when we went to get our car. The list really goes on, our room attendant Mhila (might have spelt her name wrong), we brought up an issue we had in our room, she made sure we were taken care of it during our whole stay. Lastly, Tyler made our checkout process a lot smoother. We were running out of time for our checkout, without us even asking, he extended our checkout time. This is the kind of service that makes customers want to come back, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we come to Oahu. Great job team!

Incredible experience with friendly staff and front desk. Tyler and Liberty at the front desk helped us with anything we needed, including convenient beach chairs and umbrella borrow. Great location super close to main shopping street and walking distance to ocean. Would highly recommend!

This hotel was great! We enjoyed the room and room service was spot on… they even brought me a toothbrush when I forgot mine. Ask all the staff for any local spots to eat or hang out. They know everything. Rachel and Vincent at the bar were fun. We enjoyed the pool and Monkey Room. We’d definitely come back.

We we just there and I already wish we were back! Our room was on the 14th floor. It was updated and beautifully furnished (but be prepared that the "dresser" is more of a large cabinet with shelves). We had two balconies, one with the ocean view, and the other overlooking the city. We enjoyed relaxing on both balconies. We had pleasant exchanges with ALL staff that we encountered, but of course I have to give a shout out to Rachel, the bartender at the pool. She was PHENOMENAL! We were sad she was off for the last couple days of our stay, but then Vincent came along and we loved him too! Both bartenders - very attentive and personable- 10 out of 10! Happy hour at the pool is from 12 to 2 and 4-5 and this was probably our favorite part, just for the relaxation and chill vibe at the pool. Truly there wasn't a single employee that didn't lend to making our stay a wonderful experience! The staff really seem to enjoy what they are doing! Location is great and within walking distance of so much. We only explored just a fraction of what we could have, had we had more time. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!!

We had such a wonderful stay here at La Croix! I was celebrating a friend’s birthday and everything was perfect! Hotel is located close to all the shops walking distance, and only 10-15 min walk from Waikiki beach. This is a nice little boutique with great amenities (pool, sauna, club room for refreshments -need to add to room-), and the customer service was top notch! Dalton was so helpful throughout our stay! He was attentive, friendly, and just made the stay that much more memorable! Thank you to everyone here at La Croix!

Had an amazing stay at Hotel La Croix this weekend, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. They have an amazing pool view and only 15 mins walk from Waikiki beach. It’s beside Ritz Carlton and the view from there pool is the exact same for double the price. This hotel gives amazing Hawaiian “homey” vibes, would recommend booking to anyone that is hesitant. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at LaCroix. The hotel was clean and customer service was phenomenal. I loved everyone at the bar and the front desk. They always made sure we had everything we needed. Rachel at the bar was fun. She can make some good drinks. Make sure to ask for the Fruity Pebble Margarita.

They were amazing hosts! Staff Lisa Ramos always made sure the rooms were clean and neat for us. There is nothing better then coming back to the room with with made bed and fresh towels. The location to the beach was great. I like the amenities that the hotel offers.

Juvy accommodated me twice and I am so happy to stay at Hotel La Croix. The location was perfect especially for the Pearl Harbor Day / Christmas Parade. All other staff: Liberty and Jade, Ramon and Management - super nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are nice. I think they need to disinfect and fix the smell.

Hotel La Croix was perfect for our honeymoon trip. Great location close to the shops but not too close so still very quiet. The services were amazing, a lot of free benefits and upgrades! The management team were super friendly especially Bea and even the COO! Would definitely recommend and come stay again if we come back to Waikiki

Very cute, and very clean! A little dated-but what hotel isn’t? Employees are so kind! Close to Waikiki Beach and everything else on the main strip. We will most definitely stay here again! Worth every single penny if you’re looking for simple, clean, safe and friendly. Mahalo for the great stay!

Hotel La Croix is an ideal stay in Waikiki. Location is perfectly situated in downtown Waikiki, within a short walk of the strip. Rooms were immaculately clean and the staff go above and beyond. Our large family had a reunion here and stayed in three rooms with all of us experiencing consistent high quality comfort and care. Hotel has an excellent pool, pool bar, guest lounge, sauna, and small fitness room. We will definitely return next time we are in Honolulu

Hotel was nice enough and to be expected for the price. Only coffee was in the lobby :( but the service received from the staff made up for any negatives.
We had a last minute change of plans, and ended up extending our trip by one more night…
Liberty went above and beyond to make sure that we were, not only able to extend our stay At Hotel Lacroix, but seamlessly make sure that we were able to stay in the same room, at close to the same rate, and not have to move, which made our life tremendously easier.
Thank you Liberty for making life smoother in a stressful situation.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. We had a terrace suite, wraparound balcony had the most amazing view. Only thing i would say was an issue with the room, is there is a wall in the bathroom that used to be a doorway which has been sealed, which would have led to where the shared lounge is, its not soundproofed at all so you can hear everything from the lounge, and people in the lounge can probably hear you going to the bathroom. Otherwise, a perfect stay.
