You get great value with this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. The front desk receptionist Dalton was extremely attentive to our needs. We had a minor issue, and he went above and beyond to solve our problem. The parking attendant Miles was very helpful in terms of recommending places nearby. We had some questions where he did not have the answers. To our surprise, he did his research and provided us with the answers the next day when we went to get our car. The list really goes on, our room attendant Mhila (might have spelt her name wrong), we brought up an issue we had in our room, she made sure we were taken care of it during our whole stay. Lastly, Tyler made our checkout process a lot smoother. We were running out of time for our checkout, without us even asking, he extended our checkout time. This is the kind of service that makes customers want to come back, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we come to Oahu. Great job team!

Juvy accommodated me twice and I am so happy to stay at Hotel La Croix. The location was perfect especially for the Pearl Harbor Day / Christmas Parade. All other staff: Liberty and Jade, Ramon and Management - super nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are nice. I think they need to disinfect and fix the smell.

I think they're still renovating but is not too noisy, my stay. They're constructing a building next door and surprisingly it wasn't noisy from that. The pool is quaint. Drinks are lovely. Food is good. People were friendly. I posted food and drink and view photos. The Honolulu Marathon was taking place.

We had such a wonderful stay here at La Croix! I was celebrating a friend’s birthday and everything was perfect! Hotel is located close to all the shops walking distance, and only 10-15 min walk from Waikiki beach. This is a nice little boutique with great amenities (pool, sauna, club room for refreshments -need to add to room-), and the customer service was top notch! Dalton was so helpful throughout our stay! He was attentive, friendly, and just made the stay that much more memorable! Thank you to everyone here at La Croix!

Hotel staff are amazing! The room was good. King suite. The bathroom was a weird setup but still fully functional. The fan didn’t work that well but it wasn’t terrible. The reception was fun. A nice spread and good drinks. Nice people. 10 min walk to beach through a beautiful park. Pool is small but felt great and is pretty. Pet friendly. No real complaints that would warrant anything less than 5 stars. Would stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at Hotel La Croix this weekend, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. They have an amazing pool view and only 15 mins walk from Waikiki beach. It’s beside Ritz Carlton and the view from there pool is the exact same for double the price. This hotel gives amazing Hawaiian “homey” vibes, would recommend booking to anyone that is hesitant. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice enough and to be expected for the price. Only coffee was in the lobby :( but the service received from the staff made up for any negatives. We had a last minute change of plans, and ended up extending our trip by one more night… Liberty went above and beyond to make sure that we were, not only able to extend our stay At Hotel Lacroix, but seamlessly make sure that we were able to stay in the same room, at close to the same rate, and not have to move, which made our life tremendously easier. Thank you Liberty for making life smoother in a stressful situation.
