Always a busy place, staff work hard and are very patient with impatient customers. Good food at a fair price. Excellent IHOP.

There was only one person on front of house staff the night I went in on the evening of 11/17/2023 and she did INCREDIBLY. The food was prompt, the drinks were filled and the food was great. She deserves a raise at the very least and the kitchen does as well.

This IHOP in Waikiki was so delicious that I went back the very next day!!!! I ordered the "split decision." It comes with bacon, sausage, eggs(I requested scrambled well w/ cheese) , a half order of pancakes, and a half order of French Toast. If you can see the pictures, the plate is very full. The eggs were perfectly cooked and cheesy, the pancakes were fluffy, and my waiter was amazing. Making sure my cup stayed full of my desired beverage, he was very attentive.

As a must visit American chain I couldn't resist visiting while in Hawaii. I was under the impression that IHOPs were open 24hours but this location closes at 9pm. Despite this, we were welcomed in at 8.45pm - it was nice that the kitchen was still open right up till closing time. Our server was friendly and approachable. The food took some time to come out but I can understand that perhaps the kitchen had started to close up. The food was just fine, portion sizes large. The side dish of mac and cheese was delicious and had a great cheesy flavour. I would recommend IHOP while in Waikiki even if just for one meal.

Always wanted to eat here (From the UK) and it was everything I hoped for. The pancakes are everything you dream them to be, soft, indulgent, fluffy. Definitely worth a visit!

So at the street entry door there is a sign telling you to enter via the exit in the hotel lobby. From there you walk over to where the street entry door is to be shown to a table. Maybe people didn’t like to queue in the street? Service was friendly, coffee was ugly but you soon understand that US coffee just tastes burnt. Eggs Benedict with bourbon and bacon jam was tasty and filling. $110 including tip for 4.
