Food is wonderful! Looks like little bit food, but it was way more then filling, we even had to take home doggie bags. It's fun to play the gacha ball machine to pay for your meal! Wait staff and manager are great! We are all happy and tummy full!

I've been here for lunch, dinner, and high tea. Photos are from the tea, which is a great deal. It's a lot of food for $18, although I do wish there was a little more savory options because it's a lot of sweets. One more sandwich or something would be perfect. They don't offer the full tea menu anymore but had a good mix of selections to choose from. Or you can actually get it with coffee too (which I did).
The lunch and dinner options are tasty but a little pricey (but I mean it's a Vintage Cage offshoot so you should expect that). The first time I ever ate here I left disappointed with the service but it's greatly improved after that.

They changed a lot pretty much better! I came back. I love their Gacha machine to get prize!! They also have delicious food and good service now. At dinner time, they do live music.

Love the afternoon tea at VCC.
Staff is friendly, ambiance is great & so comfortable.
Food is not bad. It's not a lot of food, but it's only $18!
So if you're still hungry, order a size pizza & share.
My favorite tea is the Cherry Blossom. Yum.

This is a good place to have tea. The portion look small but you can get full from it. We got the set and it was delicious. They have other food on the menu. I recommend to make reservation.

Best afternoon tea set on the island. You really do get your moneys worth here. The savory bits were my favorite! The sweet bits were okay but could've been better. Also really enjoyed the Sphaghetti Carbonara. Will definitely come back to try their other menu items!
