On our visit last year, we came across this great food truck in the heart of Waikiki called Blue Water Shrimp. That food truck location isn’t around anymore but Blue Water Shrimp has opened up a stall at the Ala Moana Center food court. Make sure you try this place out as it’s one of the best garlic shrimp places in Waikiki (on par with the garlic shrimp you get at the North Shore). Seriously, where else but Hawaii can you get food court food that tastes this good and is decorated with an orchid flower? We returned for a revisit a couple of days later because we were at Ala Moana doing some shopping. We figured we might as well grab some more fabulous garlic shrimp but, this time, we also ordered the Seafood Combo in addition to a small order of garlic shrimp. OMG, there was so much seafood in this combo… clams, mussels, shrimp, squid, crab, salmon, mahi mahi… The seafood here is actually surprising good and a super value for what you get.

While in Hawaii, why not check out this mall near Waikiki. Stopped by here for lunch and decided to try this place out. Settle for the Garlic Shrimp on Rice at $15 + taxes. Ok portion although I had to get some rice from my wife's Panda Express meal. 8 nice sized shrimps but the ice cream scoop of rice is just not enough for this Asian. Good flavour on the garlic but man, if you've already de-veined the shrimp, you might as well take the shell off as well. Peeling all the shell reminded me of working at my parent's restaurant where they had all you can eat deep fried shrimp (see the carnage pictured). Garden salad was a nice touch but the cook missed the dressing on my salad and drizzled it on the edge of the container instead. Overall not too bad of a meal.

This was a very interesting yet good place to eat by the Hilton hotels. Seating is limited and the prices are a little inflated. But really, the whole island is like that. The pulled pork was very flavorful and the ramen style soup tastes like it came from the bag, which could be good or bad depending on your personal preference. The pineapple smoothie tastes like pineapple (go figure) but it isn't overly or sickly sweet. It would greatly benefit from some vanilla vodka, but that's another type of review. This is also a great place to meet other tourists.

I ordered the guava chicken and it was excellent. It is served on a big plate along with your side of choice, rice, and corn. My sister got the shrimp and it was also very tasty. Decent prices. I would definitely recommend it. The store is within the Hilton Village. I had no service issues.

Ordered seafood salad and I was surprised when server opened the box, there were more fish and salad than I expected. Since there was no photo or sample plate on display for seafood salad, I took a chance and ordered it for a light dinner. Seafood variety included large chuncks of tuna, 2 shrimp, 2 mussels, 2 clams, 1 crab leg, and all were cooked in their special stock. The steaming hot seafood came on top of Caesar salad with crunchy bread cubes and side of tartar sauce. Very large portion that can be shared.

This is a nice find at the food court. They have a great variety of offerings. The food tastes good and fresh, and their presentation exceeds expectations. If you're looking to save some money, they also have a discount program that offers substantial savings and is free to enroll.

So delicious! The best place in the Hilton Hawaiian Village by far. The seafood is fresh and the highest quality we've had on the island. The pricing is reasonable considering both the quality and amount of food you get. The fish tacos, seared ahi, and garlic shrimp are excellent!

This place is excellent for there bentos love them at $5 each and gourmet styled can’t go wrong. They put a lot of effort in there seasoning and quality into there craft at a very affordable price. We need more places like these that serve a $5 tasty bento for these hard times were in it helps a lot

They have about a dozen bentos for 5 each. I had the grilled hebi with rice and canned corn. They gave three small fish filets, which was fair but pretty dry without the sauce, probably from sitting out so long. Good value for the price, but I wouldn't get fish again.
