Customer service is one of the main ingredients to the success of a business. You cannot have rude looking and acting ppl in your business, I don’t care if they are family, friends, your kids etc. when you are providing a service and people are paying your business, they (ALL customers) must be treated with a high level of respect or kindly place a sign on your door indicating who can enter etc. The worker with the glasses female with the tanned to darker skin needs training on dealing with customers despite being swamped with work or with whatsoever is going on. I know we all had bad days I’ve been there! Also the manner in which she spoke to her coworker, if she’s the supervisor she needs to be demoted because she’s not an excellent representation of you company, unless this is what you standby.

I love taking myself out to Jamba to chill out with my favorite smoothie. This summer it's been the watermelon blast with added strawberry bursting boba s on top, super Awesome! I also wanna give a shot out to all the staff at over at the Kapahulu Jamba juice there. Always friendly and give great recommendations cause I do visit often and I bring my curiosity with me seeking what their favorite smoothie drinks are. They would know right!😄 And they sure do! The servers were pleasant, cheerful & good-natured as we enjoyed our first (yes, our first) Jamba Juice orders. My cousin had a large Lychee & I had an Orange Dream. We added Boba to each & they thoughtfully provided a little cup for the overage of mix caused by adding the generous about of Boba pearls so we "got our money's worth." Honestly, for the price that was greatly appreciated. Great customer service!

I’ve been a Jamba customer for years and the Kapahulu store is the best of Hawaii Jamba’s. They have the cleanest store and there’s 3 or 4 employees that are really awesome with customer service; I see them working harder than some of the others in their team shifts. This store also has the worst of “Karen” customers who are very rude and complain about the silliest of things. Unfortunately the store policy lets customers return smoothies and other food items if they simply don’t like it. Pretty much every time I’ve been there, there’s always some nutcase customer complaining about a drink not being sweet enough or a smoothie being “too thick”? So far the dumbest complaint I’ve heard yet, that literally made me laugh out loud, was when this one lady complained that her smoothie “wasn’t cold enough”! She returned the smoothie and they had to make her a new one…?! Seriously, management needs to scratch that policy because it’s very wasteful and it raises costs for everyone. When I see product being thrown away like that, I can’t help but wonder about the waste this Jamba store makes per day because of that irresponsible policy. It’s not environmentally friendly at all… Furthermore, I’ve seen customers take advantage of the policy as well. They’d order one smoothie and complain about it, so that the employee has to remake a their smoothie. That customer then walks out with an extra smoothie, for free. That policy needs to be altered or removed. I don’t know about the other stores but Waikiki area has a lot of scam customers, bums and Karen’s. I know this because I use to work in customer service in Waikiki, so I’m 100% sure, that the employees at this store get the worst customers. Locals too, not just tourist. So I just wanted to praise this store because their staff does an awesome job (some of them) and they have a ton of patience in dealing with all the nutcase Karen’s, scammers and bums that hassle them daily. I will continue to come to this Jamba mainly because of the service and the quality of my smoothies are consistently good. Some of the other Jambas could really use improvement with their service; which is why I don’t go to the others. Keep up the good work Kapahulu Jamba team! Aloha :)) Jay

The location itself is GREAT but there parking area 🤔 very tight stalls your guarantee to leave there with a knick on your car, we just so happen to have come at an EXCELLENT time! The inside of store is clean & bright! Never really a crowd whenever I do come! Always friendly staff! There were a couple of deals going on, I just so happened to have a coupon from the Midweek for $1.00 off any smoothie!
