House Of Wong Restaurant - Honolulu - Photo album

The restaurant was not crowded when we came, so the service was very fast and efficient thanks to their hardworking staff. I like the white tablecloth aesthetics and the fact that the restaurant can accommodate a lot of customers. We had the garlic ginger noodles, sizzling scallions in black bean sa
After a long journey, the craving for Chinese food led us to this conveniently located eatery near our accommodation. Opting for a comforting choice, we ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice and Crab Meat Soup Bowl. The Shrimp Fried Rice exceeded our expectations, earning a solid 9 out of 10 for its delight
Had an early lunch and I think was the first customer of the day. Real nice service and some of the best Chinese food I've had in awhile. The star of the day was the Orange Peel Beef. Just perfect. One of the best versions I have ever had. We also loved the whole shrimp roasted with garlic and pep
Very good food. Great service. Not busy at 230pm on a Sunday afternoon. The Beef Chow Fun was very good. The beef was a little chewy, but the noodles and flavor were excellent! The portion was large. The Kung Pao Chicken was very good, but the portion was small. Also there were about 20 peppers on
Excellent authentic Chinese food(judging by a Chinese). Clam with black bean sauce- plenty of sauce and clams were fresh. Salt and pepper crabs - very tasty with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. My only wish was that it was stir fried all the way instead of deep fried. Crab shell was nice and crunch
Portion are big enough for two. Typical Chinese Taste. Service are quick and friendly. Only thing to complain is if you comes with your car, parking is very difficult. There's no parking at the front at all and have to drive around for neighbor's parking. Overall, We will definitely coming back a bi
I was on vacation in Honolulu over the weekend. After having a great time scuba-diving, I was very excited to see what I could grab to eat! As a Korean, I tried to look for dishes that matched with my taste palette. I looked through the menu and I found a good, solid amount of spicy meat dishes. It
Authentic. Great food complete with carpet that saw better days. Lemon chicken is great, wonton sup is the best!!
February 2022: Came here for lunch on Chinese New Year! Was very happy that they were open! 👍 Ordered the ong choy with garlic sauce and the black beans beef chow fun. Both were really tasty and authentic Cantonese style cooking! Not sure why this place doesn't have higher ratings, but if you are
Food is really good and more authentic then all sweet stuff. Staff are friendly and attentive.
This place was so awesome! We didn't have a wait t we were kind of early on the rush hour for lunch. Service was prompt and the food was so amazing. A little off of the beaten path more like in the area where are probably most of the locals go. Would go again! Great lunch specials!
I asked for advice on what I liked , pepper steak and onion. He suggested the name that I didn't know. ........It was the Best I ever had because it was cooked to perfect textures and Large portions. Picture was taken after I ate most of it.
Great lowkey restaurant near Waikiki. I had the mapo tofu (oyster), steamed egg and my favorite-- the string beans. For dessert, I had the mango koi fish pudding to share with my group. I was able to easily find parking from their website's directions. I was very impressed by the manager's service.
Best dining experience yet in Hawaii. Very nice and attentive staff. Clean, good price and very tasty. Would highly recommend for Chinese food
